Canadian orders are shipped by UPS Canada, orders shipped in the U.S. are shipped usually by UPS or FedEx, though other options are sometimes offered.

Can I ship to a border town in the U.S.?

We can ship your order to a location in the United States provided that we can confirm the shipping address with the credit card holder. Normally, we do this by calling the card holder at a phone number we can verify with the bank or directory assistance.

Any costs incurred moving the items to another location are the responsibility of the purchaser.
