How can I purchase Gift Certificates from Tire Rack?

Gift certificates can be purchased as paper certificates sent via postal mail or as electronic certificates sent via email. Select the option you prefer here or call 888-541-1777 to speak to one of our sales representatives.

What if the merchandise I'm buying is greater than my Gift Certificate amount?

You can select a second payment method to handle the balance due. Tire Rack accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Bill Me Later.

If the electronic Gift Certificate is sent to an undeliverable email address we will contact you to verify the correct address and resend the email.

You will receive order and shipment confirmations that detail all order information including shipment date. Orders can be tracked online as well.

How quickly can Gift Certificates be sent?

Please allow 24-48 hours for electronic Gift Certificates to be emailed. Paper Gift Certificates will be delivered in 3-5 days.

Can I purchase additional items when I purchase Gift Certificates online?

ELECTRONIC Gift Certificates can be purchased online with other merchandise. Up to five Gift Certificates can be purchased per order.

PAPER Gift Certificates can be purchased online with other merchandise, but only one ship to address can be submitted. If the Gift Certificate you are buying will not be shipped to the same address as the other merchandise you are ordering you will need to place two separate orders. Up to five Gift Certificates can be purchased per order.

Where can I redeem my Gift Certificate?

Paper or electronic Gift Certificates can be redeemed online or over the phone. Customers living in the South Bend, IN area can visit our showroom and redeem their Gift Certificate there, as well.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate online?

After you have selected your merchandise and added it to your shopping cart you will be asked for your Gift Certificate number prior to checkout (as your payment info). It is located on the paper Gift Certificate or on the electronic Gift Certificate you received. See the information here for details.
