How do I get my rebate or gift with purchase?

If you qualified for a manufacturer’s special offer, their terms and conditions explain the redemption process. Typically, Tire Rack will mail a redemption form and a copy of your invoice to your billing address within 1-2 weeks from purchase. Most promotions require you to complete this form and submit it, along with your invoice (website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails not accepted). An invoice will also be shipped with your order.

If you do not receive your paperwork by mail within two weeks of shipment or have additional questions regarding the redemption process, please contact Tire Rack's customer service department by calling 888-981-3953.

The product I selected is on backorder, will I still qualify for the promotion?

Most often only in-stock merchandise is eligible and the product must be ordered and shipped within the qualifying promotion dates. Some exceptions apply. Please contact Tire Rack's customer service department by calling 888-981-3953, if you have questions about a specific product and promotion.

I live in Canada. Will I qualify for a promotion or special offer?

Please check the terms and conditions of the specific promotion you’re inquiring about for details. Most manufacturers, though, state that the offer is valid only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (including APO/FPO addresses).

How long does it take to receive my Reward Card or other gift with purchase?

Every manufacturer has different time frames stated in their terms and conditions. Typically between 4-6 weeks is the norm, but some manufacturers state that it could take up to 12 weeks for delivery.

Will the promotion information be sent with my order?

No. We send the redemption form and a copy of your invoice directly to your billing address via USPS approximately 1-2 weeks from purchase date. If you do not receive your redemption form by mail within two weeks of shipment, please contact Tire Rack's customer service department by calling 888-981-3953.

Why is the redemption form not with my purchase?

Many of our customers ship their order to an alternate address or to a Recommended Installer’s location. The promotion information is mailed directly to the billing address to ensure it is received.

Will a rebate amount be applied as a discount on my purchase?

No. A mail-in rebate does not affect the amount of your current order and the advertised rebate applicable to the products you purchased will be sent to you as described in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
