Additional Customer Pick-Up Information
Customer pick-up is available at this location only on orders placed via telephone. The option is not available on orders placed via our website. To place an order via telephone, call 888-541-1777 and a member of our sales team will assist you with your purchase and finalize your order for pick-up.
- Credit card authorization is required before pick-up and will be processed immediately after order is placed.
- Customer will be contacted once payment is authorized - orders that are completely in stock will be ready for pick up.
- The credit card will be charged at time of pick-up.
- Credit card holders must be present and show the credit card used to pay for the order at time of pick-up.
- Additional photo ID is also required.
- Tire Rack will make a copy of the photo ID and customer will acknowledge receipt of order by signature.

Order pick-up times at the Georgia distribution center are from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (local time) Monday through Friday. We offer only order pick-up at our Georgia location. A showroom and sales staff are not available. |
