Heavy-duty vibration resistant power posts resist cracking and deterioration common to many lightweight batteries used in harsh automotive environments. It's been 9 months since i bought this 9 pound beauty.The battery is sold as a(race only)however it's been great in my 77 vw rabbit which really isn't a race car. The 9 pound Braille has no problem starting even with a electric fuel pump! In a little vw the weight difference can be felt! FYI the vw has a electric fan

Had the battery in my car and it didn't even last 3 months of mostly sitting. Even my odyssey batteries lasted longer. Deka batties are identical and much less $$
