I installed all pads and rotors front and rear over 54000 ago.I finally hit the wear sensors in the rear. Awsome package if broken in correctly, it made all the difference. I ordered more front and rear pads to change them all at once. I haven t desided on the rotors yet. They do not pulse. Have very even wear withe the dial gauge, maybe some 600 paper to scuff them up is all they need. At the same time I installed 305/50/20 Goodyears on all 4 corners. While it is still a 6600 lb SUV I tend to drive it like a Vette that can haul a 6x14 trailer full of motorcyles and atv on the weekends. Brembo rotors = 10. Satisfied Ceramic Pads= 10. Awsome combo.

I used Hawk “Street “ performance pads with Brembo cross-drilled rotors.
The first time I installed the pads they really squealed. I removed them installed Disk-brake pad quiet to the backs. They only sometime have a slight squeal when really working them on the Pittsburgh hills.
I can live with the squeal because the stopping power is so excellent.
The wear has been really good. The dust is slight and washes off easily.
The breaks seem to get better as they get hot.
One fantastic thing I like about the set up is the “high-way rain” situation. When coming off a rainy highway the stock pads had a few seconds where “there were no brakes”. This is very scary if your doing 65 and the ramp is full. This setup clears the water much faster.
I love my brakes on the Passat.

Excellent low-budget stage II brake upgrade combination. I am on the second set of pads, and the rotors are holding up well. Much improved fade resistance over stock , minimal brake dusting, and they look pretty cool. Only downside, is this combination is pretty loud.... especially when they are working hard.

This is the best combo of rotors and pads I ve used... ever. Highly recomended. EXCELLENT "high speed braking". I haven t been nice to my brakes since I put them on and there is no warping or cracking. MUST BUY.
