I am very impressed with these Brembo Slotted Rotors. I''ve had no problems or complaints with them at all. They perform flawlessly and look great.

I am very satisfied with these brake pads, I would say they are equal to or better than the factory brembo pads that came on the car. I have had no brake noise after the first 20 break-in miles. Dust on the wheels is average. They seem to be very responsive even when they''re cold and stop well.

After re-surfacing the rotors, bedding the pads as per recommendations, and driving the car for 1000 miles, had to replace the pads due to extremely poor performance. My driveway has quite a slope to it, and when backing out of the garage, it required extreme effort on the brake pedal to stop the car from continuing out into the street. Further, braking distances rose, alarmingly. Removed the pads, re-surfaced the rotors again, and installed same manufacturer of pads I had on the car previously, EBC Greenstuff, and now my cars braking performance is where I expect it... I will not be buying the Hawk pads again.

Purchased this rotor/pad combination about 2 years ago. The performance was very good, better than stock. Very low brake dust compared to stock pads. The slotted rotors had little or no fade and were resistant to judder problems. They were a little noisy, but small price to pay for stopping with confidence.

Deal breaker? The rotors rusted out before burning through 1 set of pads. I live in a place with a lot of snow, ice, and salt, but these didn''t last as well as stock. I would have expected more durable steel in a premium product.

With the stock breaks the car was very slow to stop. Even with the stock 2 piston calipers it was almost scary. Now it stops on a dime. The breaks work great!! I highly recommend this set up.

What a huge difference in stopping these brakes make. I have the stopping power of a Saturn SC2 w/ a 1000lb heavier car. Wet days can be a little concerning as with wet rotors and pads there is a noticeable difference in the responsiveness. However, after a second or two on the brakes, the brake dry up and return to their normal stopping power. When the brakes heat up the car will stop on a dime. If there is any brake fade, it occurs at such high temps and is so limited that I have yet to notice any real performance degradation even with repeated 70mph hard stops. I love these brakes.

This is the second time replacing pads & rotors on this car. The last rotors were also Brembo slotted, but this is the first time with HPS pads. The rotors look good and work well, although there s a little more noise than smooth rotors when stopping hard. Also, installer said they couldn''t be reground - hence buying my second set. Cost was less than half the insane Infiniti cost. HPS pads work well and have better initial bite than OEM pads. The installer warned me they would be noisy as they are "racing" pads, and for the first day or so, they were quite noisy, mostly when not on the brakes. After the secon day, I don''t have the noise anymore and think they sound similar to the OEM set-up

I have this combination on the back end of my 98 Odyssey. The setup when I acquired the vehicle caused heavy nose diving during braking, even just over light braking. After a short but horrendous break-in period (sounded/felt like coarse sand paper on glass), my new combination hauls the back end right down and I have only barely noticeable nose dive, even under hard braking. Stopping is much more confident and controlled and I don''t have to worry about my passengers being driven forward into their seat-belts when I go to stop. Awesome combo. Can''t wait to feel the difference while I''m towing my boat. Wish I could afford to put this combo on the front end.

I have a 1999 Suburban K1500 4WD that had terrible factory brakes. This heavy vehicle would eat rotors and pads about every 4 months or 7,000 miles which was very annoying. I installed the aluminum twin piston caliper kit from SSBC, Brembo sport slotted rotors and Hawk LTS truck/suv pads and was rewarded with immediate and lasting improvement. Not only do the brakes provide more stopping power and create less dust but they are lasting about 5 times longer. I had tried many brands of pads and rotors before,(AC/Delco, Bendix, Raybestas, etc.) and none of them ever held up until combo I have now. The money spent was well worth it and I will be putting these componets on my other vehicles when they need new brakes.
