Very pleased. Slight squeaking for the first couple miles, but after my first track day, they got very quiet on daily drives. Good amounts of dust though, especially on white wheels. I have used them for way over a year with about 7 track days and still good with about 1/3 pad left. The rotor looks pretty worn but has been great, getting ready to do 1 more track day, then i will retire these brakes since I am upgrading to spoon calipers with custom rotors, overall very happy.

Brembo has the best stock rotor replacement for my BMW 325i. Perfect for track work. No problems with warping, wear. Highly recommend them. Great performance and even better price.

Used the Hawk 9012 pads. Worked very well, however rotor wear and pad wear was very high. Switched to Hawk HT-10 and pad life increased significantly when doing track work. Rotor wear with Hawk HT-10 much better.

Not a good pad for daily driver. These pads ate the stock rototrs in 6 weeks. But what a great 6 weeks. The stopping power was awesome. I drive more than just spirited and never once had to worry about stopping. My engine is far from stock so having the stopping ability was very important. I drive 100 miles a day to work and in 6 weeks the rotors were shot.

Excellent stopping power, great fade resistance at Hallett, a track known for changes in elevation and hard braking in corners. Lasted 2 days on track (approx 5 x 20 minute sessions each day). One of the front pads unglued itself from its metal backing (possibly due to excessive heat) which ended the life of the brake set. Also very hard on rotors - they were pretty much paper thin at the end of the pad s life. I plan on trying either a different Hawk compound, or Carbotech pads for the next go round. I am also planning on installing brake ducting.

I bought the drilled an slotted DBA 4000 rotors. They developed surface fractures very quickly on the front rotors. The fron driver side rotor finally failed with 3x hairline fractures that went through the entire wall of the rotor. The factory cross drilled rotors lasted longer. I switch looking for more fade resistance. I have very nice cooling ducts that feed the front and read brakes directly through high temp hoses.

I''m a hillclimber and I need to slow down like now. HPS pads weren''t working right so I wanted something a little more aggressive. Well, this is the pad. Stopping power on this 3700lb(with me in it) Mach is awesome. However, do not use them with a slotted rotor. Either way, excellent pad with awesome stopping power.

While advertised as track pads, for the Corvette they were no better than stock ceramic. My son and I (both instructors) shared the car for a weekend at CMP, and by the end of the weekend (~10 25-minute sessions) we had experienced fade, lengthening stopping distances and when I removed the pads for inspection they were badly heat-checked. We followed the bedding-in procedure and our driving styles are not typically "hard" on brakes. These pads may be adequate on a lighter car, but are not recommended for larger or faster cars. I later went to Hawk DTC 70 s and it was like night and day - they are vastly superior and hold up well.

I am really impressed with my setup. I recently completed an HPDE at Road America in August 2008 and was plesantly surprised.

These are tried and true track pads. They perform excellent for track days and road racing. They are better than other compounds from companies like carbotech in my opinion. The one thing about the blue compound is they dust horribly and the dust will eat your wheels if you do not blow it off imediatly with compressed air. DO NOT GET THE WHEELS WET WHEN THIS DUST COATS THEM! The dust will damage any finsh and pit aluminum. I would only use these with a track wheel and tire that you dont mind being perpetually dirty and pitted.
