Consistent, near fad-free performance and not too harsh on rotors and reasonably priced.

I used these pads for circle track racing. What a difference! I was using stock pads then upgraded to HPS pads, that made a difference, then upgraded to HT10 pads WOW!! the car slows so quickly without holding the pedal down for a long time, causing them heat up less. Only problem I was having was trying to get used to them and not lock them up. I will not buy anything else. My times got better and I can make passes by driving it in deeper. Highly recommend these pads.

This is the best track pad. We use it on a road racing Viper and also on a racing SRT4

These are great track pads. Using completely stock hardware, these pads ran in 95 degree heat for 25 minute sessions with no fade whatsoever. I should be able to get 10 to 15 track days out of them too. They re noisy if used for everyday driving, but if you can stand the noise, they actually work fine on the street. I leave them on b/c I m just too lazy to swap them out!

Used these HT-10 front pads in conjunction with HP+ rears for the last two track days. I m very happy with this product and it s a huge improvement over the older and less aggressive blue compound. It has a smooth torque curve as heat starts to build which is nice. I have not been able to get these pads to fade at all and my local track is known to be hard on brakes. Very well priced as well for a track pad compared to other brands.

These pads perform well. However, on the street they squeal like crazy. Anyone within earshot, turns and looks at you. I don t drive the car much on the street, coffee on Sunday AM, etc., but when I do I m noticed at every stop sign......

For track use only, these pads work very well. I did not experience any fade (20-25 minute sessions) or performance problems. Very dusty and noisy, but that s not relevant for track use.

I bought a 4 corner DBA 4000 set to replace my worn out stocks. Since installation, my 300 miles includes the two blocks I drive to work each day and 1 trip from Miami to Sebring International Raceway.
I ve run Hawk Blues and H10s for over a year on the stock Mini rotors and wanted to improve brake fade resistance. The problem with the DBA rotors in my application is that the drilled holes quickly filled with the pad material, preventing proper cooling which then caused overheating and slight cracking on some of the drilled holes. Some holes were completely filled, looking as shiny as the rest of the rotor: the material had melted under heat stress and been smoothed over by the rest of the pad. After they cooled sufficiently, I pulled off the rim and used an allen wrench to clear the holes.
After my second session, when I pulled into the pits and stopped, they were so hot that the pad stuck to the rotor. The holes were filled again. Thinking there may be a master cylinder issue causing the sticking, I checked the calipers for fluid pressure (they were fine) then waited for them to cool before pumping the pedal and reversing to unstick them. Due to this heat buildup, I went through a set of HT10 front pads over 3 30m sessions, something I ve never done with flat stock before.
As far as I am concerned, these are definitely not track quality products and should never be used with more than a street pad.

I have had 2 sets of HT-10s on my Mini. The second set delaminated after a 2-day DE event. Hawk has recommended that I step up to their DTC-60 pad. If you drive hard at a heavy-braking track, do not use this pad with the stock floating caliper.
