Too Bad ATE has chosen to cheapen their rotor product line with garbage Chinese steel. The ATE rotors made in GERMANY were such good quality. They lasted a long time and did not explode with rust. Yes I know the competition is cheaper because they manufacture in China. But I was willing to pay a premium for ATE due to their German quality. Don t bother buying the ATE chinese junk... same as all the rest.

The Ate pads were installed with new Ate rotors and in less than 8000 miles the pads had worn out ! That was an unbelievably short life. I thought a noise I heard from the front end was the wheel bearings, but no, it was worn out pads. I never thought of that at such a low mileage. Overall they were good while they lasted, but they lasted too short a time.
