Despite them being called "Xenon Blue", they do in fact emit a bright, clear, white light. They are brighter than OEM bulbs. The only concern I have is with longevity; typically the brighter the bulb the shorter the life span.

Choosing between these and the Silverstar Ultras;
deciding factor would come down to pricepoint.
Both bulbs have a bright crisp white illumination. Difference is really hard to tell, if there is any. Great bulbs to use if you're replacing stock OEM bulbs and want something brighter and crisper.
