Tire Rack will mail a redemption form (also available here) and a copy of the invoice to your billing address within 1-2 weeks. You will need to complete this form and submit it along with the invoice (website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails are not accepted). An invoice will also be shipped with the order.
