When I first lowered my car on Eibach lowering springs, I noticed an immediate increase in roll. To help combat the roll center change, Eibach bars were added. This did help reduce the roll. After a few miles, I was underneath the car and noticed wear marks on the lower control arms in the rear. The end links supplied in the rear kit were non adjustable and at a length that allowed the sway bar to bind against the control arm when the suspension was jounced. Disappointing. Would be nice if the kit included end links for both ends of the vehicle with appropriate length rear links.

Allright, before everyone laughs at me for my car, lol, lemme tell you about it. I m building it up for auto/x / roadcourse since the damn thing is so cheap and easy to get parts for. And no, it s not running on a stock motor, lol.

Anyway, the Coilovers. Fantastic. I haven t been this pleased with a single purchase in a LONG time. Ride is firm, but it will give over all but the harshest of bumps. Thank you H&R for the progressive rate springs! Handling is very neutral until you throw some speed in the equation, at which point these things squat and you re gone. I added a Suspension Techniques Sway Bar set and Energy Suspension Bushings all around, as well as the Ingalls camber kit front and rear along with these Coilovers. Lemme tell ya, I ve been in some high end cars, and you wouldn t know the difference between them and my little grocery getter, lol.

Would I recommend these to someone who wants a ride like a Caddy? No, I would not. You can tell they re there to do a job, and providing the softest ride ain t it, lol.

For those of you that want something that s managable on the street and will put you a step or two ahead come time to throw it around a bit, these are right up there with the best. For the money they re well worth it!
