These spring are a dedfinate inprovement over the stock springs. Combined with Koni struts and shocks this IRS equiped mustang certainly handles like its on rails. lowering this vehicle required the use of camber ajustment bolts as well as a C/C kit to correct the excessive camber. I am also running off-set front lower control arm bushings to increase caster and of course a bump-steer kit. All this created an incredible handling street machine. -- Review submitted: 2012-08-24

I ordered the H&R super sport springs and I also ordered a set of tenzo tenspec wheels with Falken F-452 tires. This spring kit is awesome it really handles well, I personally like a firm ride and this delivers it. If you own a GTI you shoould know that your tires will rub, especially if you run 235 instead of 225, but thanks to a DIY on a GTI forum I was able to correct.

If you are on 17 or 18 inch rims there will be no worries. -- Review submitted: 2010-02-27

Great springs! Only wish the rear ones were a bit shorter to get the back end sitting a bit lower. But i guess that can be done with adjustable lower control arms. -- Review submitted: 2007-11-06

I like the aggressive look the car has to it but it almost seems like the car is flat, no tilt to it in the front. Maybe it might be different with some sport rims, won’t know till I do it. -- Review submitted: 2007-05-09

The car looks great with the springs installed. It seems it dropped more than the 1.5" stated. They dropped it pretty low. Like I say, the car looks great, but I think I might have to take them off, cause I m collecting everything off the road surface. Other than that, they handle and look great! -- Review submitted: 2006-10-03

I put these struts on after thinking that I could get away with just putting springs on a lowered suspension. It was just what I was looking for. Afetr putting these struts on I was amazed on the ride comfort and handling at the twist of one small knob. I work at a Honda dealership and recommed these struts for anyone who is considerinh an upgraded suspension!!!! -- Review submitted: 2005-06-07

These H&R Super Sport Springs have been installed on my 1999 Mustang Cobra (retrofited with a 04 GT Solid Axle) and they replaced the Eibach Pro-Springs previously installed. The car have been heavily modified. The Car is a dalily driven vehicle mostly in Highway at high speed (I m stationed in Germany with the Autobahn) and sees 1/4 mile Drag Racing about 3 times per month. The ride quality is much stiffer than the Eibach Pro, and you can feel the bumps a bit more. High speed stability (car is capable of 170MPH+) is great, no side to side movement and the car will not "squad" at the rear lifting the nose. Responsiviness, again, much improved over the Eibach pieces. Lowering, the car lowered over 1 inch over the Eibach, now, I have much trouble with speed bumps on Base but the apparance is much improved. At the Drag, the car is a bit harder to launch due to the stiffer spring rates, and not transfering much weight to the rear tires. I m still playing with that one. Overall, I m very pleased with the springs and recomen them! -- Review submitted: 2004-05-31
