The Radial T/A Spec is BFGoodrich’s Performance All-Season tire developed for Original Equipment use on modern muscle cars. Named after BFGoodrich’s Radial T/A, North America’s first low-profile performance radial tire, the Radial T/A Spec is designed to deliver a combination of sporty appearance, predictable handling and all-season traction, even in light snow.
Radial T/A Spec tires feature an all-season compound molded into symmetric tread designs that feature a continuous center rib flanked by independent tread blocks in the intermediate ribs and shoulders.
The tire’s internal structure features twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped nylon on top of a polyester casing.
El neumático Radial T/A Spec de BFGoodrich pertenece a la categoría: Rendimiento Para Toda Estación y fue desarrollado para su uso como neumático original (O.E., por sus siglas en inglés) para autos musculosos modernos. Su nombre surge del primer neumático BFGoodrich de rendimiento radial con bajo perfil en América del Norte, el Radial T/A. El diseño del Radial T/A Spec, procura combinar una apariencia deportiva, maniobrabilidad predecible y tracción durante todas la estaciones del año, incluyendo superficies con poca nieve durante el invierno.
El Radial T/A Spec posee un compuesto de caucho para toda estación, moldeado en una banda de rodamiento con diseño simétrico, que cuenta con un segmento central continuo, flanqueado por un segmento intermedio de bloques independientes. El hombro del neumático también contiene bloques independientes pero más largos.
La estructura interna cuenta con correas gemelas de acero, reforzadas con nailon envuelto en espiral, sobre un armazón de poliéster.
