The Blizzak LM-60 is Bridgestone's Performance Winter / Snow tire developed for the drivers of sports cars, sporty coupes and luxurious performance sedans that are looking for winter driving traction on dry, wet and snow-covered roads. The Blizzak LM-60 is designed to combine the basic tread design of the Blizzak WS60 with a high-silica tread compound to blend high-speed durability and dry road, cold weather handling with snow traction.

Since the current Multicell tread compounds used on Blizzak winter / snow tires are not designed to support H-speed ratings, the Blizzak LM-60 uses a high silica content winter / snow tread compound molded into a directional tread design that features independent tread blocks with 3-D zigzag sipes to disperse water away from the tire's contact patch, further enhancing grip. The combination provides hydroplaning resistance and greater driving and braking force on snow-covered roads.

Featuring Bridgestone's UNI-T Technology, the Blizzak LM-60's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wound nylon to provide the desired high-speed durability and ride characteristics.

Blizzak LM-60 winter / snow tires meet the industry's severe snow service requirements and are branded with the mountain/snowflake symbol.

Install Bridgestone Blizzak LM-60 tires in sets of four only.

Due to the traction capabilities of the Blizzak, Bridgestone recommends using Blizzaks only in sets of four to provide the best handling characteristics and tire performance.

El Blizzak LM-60 de Bridgestone pertenece a la categoría: Rendimiento Para Invierno y fue desarrollado para conductores de autos deportivos, cupé deportivos y sedánes de rendimiento lujosos, que deseen tracción durante el invierno en superficies secas, mojadas y cubiertas con nieve. Su diseño combina la banda de rodamiento del Blizzak WS60, con un compuesto de caucho con alta cantidad de sílice, lo que permite combinar durabilidad a velocidades elevadas, maniobrabilidad en carreteras secas durante el frío y tracción sobre nieve.

El Blizzak LM-60 utiliza un compuesto de caucho para invierno con alto contenido de sílice, moldeado en una banda de rodamiento direccional, que posee segmentos de bloques independientes con ranuras 3-D zigzag, que se encargan de dispersar el agua del área que hace contacto con la carretera, mejorando así, el agarre. Este compuesto mejora el compuesto de invierno Multicell, ya que, soporta operaciones con el código de velocidad H.

El Blizzak LM-60 utiliza la tecnología UNI-T de Bridgestone y su estructura interna incluye correas gemelas de acero reforzadas por nailon envuelto en espiral, lo cual proporciona durabilidad durante el uso a velocidades elevadas y un andar confortable.

El Blizzak LM-60 cumple con los requisitos de la industria relacionados a condiciones severa de nieve y posee el símbolo “montaña/copo de nieve” (mountain/snowflake).
