The Turanza ER33 is Bridgestone's Grand Touring Summer tire often used as Original Equipment on sports coupes and sedans from Infiniti, Lexus and Toyota. It was developed to blend good looks and predictable handling with low noise and a smooth ride, as well as provide traction on wet and dry roads. Like all summer tires, the Turanza ER33 is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or ice.
The Turanza ER33 molds a summer tread compound into a 5-rib, symmetric tread design that provides predictable handling and traction on dry roads, while circumferential tread grooves and lateral notches help evacuate water from under the tire's footprint to enhance wet traction and reduce hydroplaning.
The tire's internal structure features twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped nylon stabilizing the tread area to enhance handling and high-speed capability. The Turanza ER33 features a rayon or polyester cord body (depending upon application) to enhance ride.

Como todo neumático de verano, el Turanza ER33 no fue diseñado para ser utilizado en temperaturas cercanas al nivel de congelación o superficies con hielo o nieve.
El Turanza ER33 utiliza un compuesto de caucho para verano, que es moldeado en un diseño simétrico de 5 segmentos, para proporcionar maniobrabilidad predecible y tracción sobre carreteras secas. Ranuras circunferenciales y hendiduras laterales ayudan a sacar el agua del área de contacto con la carretera, para mejorar la tracción sobre superficies mojadas y reducir el deslizamiento en agua (hydroplaning).
