The Fuzion XTi is the Fuzion brand's On-/Off-Road All-Terrain tire developed to meet the needs of light truck tuners and enthusiasts who demand unique style without compromising comfort and affordability. Fuzion XTi tires are designed to blend overall performance with aggressive styling for Jeeps, pickups and sport utility vehicles while providing year-round traction, even in snow.
Fuzion's Ultimate Network of Intelligent Tire Technology (UNI-T) features three core elements: CO•CS, a Computer Optimized Component System which allows design and manufacturing processes to work more cooperatively, leading to a more efficient tire that doesn't significantly sacrifice one area of performance for improvements in another; O-Bead, a more round structure that minimizes overlapped joints in the bead area for improved ride; and L.L. Carbon (Long Link Carbon) which helps the rubber compound resist microscopic tread tearing related to wear.
The Fuzion XTi features an all-season light truck compound molded into a unique half-pipe symmetric tread that features an over-the-shoulder design, independent tread blocks and a continuous center rib to combine off-road traction with enhanced highway stability while circumferential grooves, lateral notches and sipes help increase poor-weather traction. On the inside, the Fuzion XTi combines twin steel cord belts with a polyester cord body to enhance strength and durability.
The Fuzion XTi offers dual sidewall styling options to give enthusiasts the ability to reflect their personality by simply flipping opposite sides of the tire to expose an alternative image. One side features a tribal band inspired by around-the-arm tattoos popular with members of Generation X and Y, while the flip side reveals a blazing ring of flames.
El neumático Fuzion XTi es un neumático Dentro/Fuera De Carretera Todo Terreno, desarrollado por Fuzion para los modificadores (tuners) y entusiastas que deseen un estilo único en sus camiones ligeros, sin comprometer confort y costo. El Fuzion XTi, fue diseñado para combinar un rendimiento completo, con el estilo agresivo de Jeeps, picops y utilitarios deportivos, a la vez de proveer tracción durante todo el año, inclusive sobre carreteras con nieve.
La tecnología UNI-T® (acrónimo de Ultimate Network of Intelligent Tire Technologies –Tecnología Inteligente del Neumático) esta compuesta por tres elementos básicos: CO•CS (Computer Optimized Component System - Sistema para Optimizar los Componentes por Computadora), este sistema permite que el proceso de diseño y fabricación trabajen en armonía, dando como resultado un neumático más balanceado (no sacrifica significativamente un área de desempeño por otra); O-Bead, una estructura más redonda, que disminuye la sobre posición de juntas en el talón o alambre de aro, permite que la conducción sea más placentera; finalmente, L.L. Carbon (Long Link Carbon, Carbón de Cadena Largo) es una característica que ayuda, a que el compuesto de caucho resista roturas causadas por el desgaste.
El Fuzion XTi posee un compuesto de caucho Para Toda Estación para camiones ligeros, moldeado en una banda de rodamiento con un diseño único tipo “colmillo”. Bloques largos en los hombros, bloques independientes en los segmentos intermedios y un segmento central continuo, combinan la tracción necesaria fuera de carretera, con una mejor estabilidad en los autopistas. Canales circunferenciales, muescas laterales y pequeñas ranuras sobre la superficie mejoran la tracción en condiciones climatológicas difíciles.
Internamente, el Fuzion XTi cuenta con correas gemelas de acero y una carcasa con poliéster, para aumentar la fortaleza y durabilidad del neumático.
El Fuzion XTi tiene dos flancos diferentes, para ofrecer a los entusiastas opciones que se ajusten a sus personalidades: uno inspirado en el diseño de tatuajes alrededor de los brazos favoritos de la generación “X” y “Y”, y otro con un circulo de llamas. Estos flancos pueden ser intercambiados al gusto del dueño del vehículo.
