The Latitude Diamaris is Michelin's Street/Sport Truck Summer tire that provides their highest level of wet and dry traction for luxury sport utility vehicles. Used as Original Equipment on the Range Rover HSE, the Latitude Diamaris will become available in the large rim diameter sizes appropriate for other light trucks.
The Latitude Diamaris molds a wet weather tread compound into an asymmetric tread design that features large outer shoulder blocks contributing to steering response and cornering confidence. A continuous center rib enhances steering precision and high-speed stability while two wide, circumferential and multiple lateral grooves channel water to reduce the possibility of hydroplaning. The tire's internal structure includes two high-tensile steel belts reinforced by Michelin's BAZ technology (spiral wrapped nylon Banded At Zero degrees to tire rotation) to enhance stability at high speeds while improving tire uniformity and reducing weight to ensure even ride quality.

El neumático Latitude Diamaris de Michelin pertenece a la categoría: Camioneta de Carretera Para Verano y proporciona los niveles más altos de tracción sobre superficies secas y mojadas que un deportivo utilitario (SUV) de lujo. Fue originalmente utilizada como equipo original (O.E. por sus siglas en inglés) en el Range Rover HSE, pero ahora puede obtenerse en diámetros más para los rines modernos utilizados en otros camiones ligeros.
El Latitude Diamaris moldea un compuesto de caucho para climas mojados, en una banda de rodamiento con diseño asimétrico, compuesta por bloques largos en los hombros, que contribuyen a una mejor respuesta de la dirección y un comportamiento más preciso en las curvas. Un centro continuo que tiene contacto permanente con la carretera mejora la comunicación con el conductor y ofrece mayor estabilidad a velocidades elevadas. Dos canales circunferenciales anchos y múltiples ranuras laterales evacuan el agua y disminuyen el riesgo del deslizamiento en agua (hydroplaning).
Su construcción interna presenta dos correas de acero resistente a tensiones fuertes que son reforzadas con la tecnología BAZ (por sus siglas en inglés) de Michelin, la cual, utiliza nailon envuelto en espiral puesto a cero grados de la rotación de la rueda; esto permite mayor estabilidad a velocidades elevadas, a la vez que, mejora la uniformidad del neumático y disminuye su peso para asegurar un andar tranquilo y confortable.
