The Touring LS H is Sumitomo's H-speed rated Grand Touring All-Season tire developed for the drivers of coupes, sedans, minivans and crossover vehicles. Designed to combine long treadwear and good ride comfort, Touring LS H tires also provide all-season traction in dry, wet and wintry conditions, even in occasional light snow.
Touring LS H tires feature Sumitomo's advanced carbon black compound molded into a computer-designed symmetric tread pattern that combines all-season capability with long treadlife. Innovative shoulder blocks enhance cornering while a circumferential center rib provides continuous road contact to enhance straight-line tracking. Independent shoulder and intermediate blocks provide the biting edges to generate all-season traction, while four circumferential grooves help drain water to resist hydroplaning.
The tire’s internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by Sumitomo's spirally wound Jointless Nylon Band (JNB) technology to increase highway stability and long-term strength. Tuned sidewall stiffness improves handling while a polyester casing helps absorb road disturbances to increase ride quality.
