New TPMS sensors must be initialized at the dealer. This charge is not included in the cost of the sensors. If TPMS sensors are not installed in the wheels, the TPMS light will flash for 1 to 2 minutes and then stay permanently illuminated. An audible chime may also be heard at start-up.

4 of 5 people found the following review helpful: December 02, 2012 These wheels are great, although i have not gotten a full season on them i figured since they were on closeout i would give a brief review. The fitment was perfect, honestly it couldn't be any better. With the offset and thin spokes there is more than comfortable clearance with my brembos, and they were far enough out that on full lock they do not rub on the inside of my fender ;an issue ive had with almost every set of wheels ive put on (ive had about 5 sets). The added bonus of new lugs and hub rings that fit perfectly was only a bonus of buying these wheels. Ascetically they are beautiful on my car, but i will mention that the powder coating is kinda poor quality. If you look close enough it looks wavy like someone did not mix the paint fully and just sprayed it on. This however does not bug me, and you only notice this when you get up close, i mean like looking in the wheel close. Performance wise they are great, they are super light for the price you pay, at 19 lbs each that is amazingly good for the price you pay (i will mention that he black ones seem to be .4 pounds lighter but i think that is a typo). The next lightest wheel for me would be the enkei pf01's which are 300 dollars a wheel, and then the oz Alleggerita, and for the price of one of those i got 3 of mine. Back to the performance comparison, since they are so light these really helped on turn in vs my previous 21 lb wheels and my wider 23 lb wheels. They lightened up the steering alot and i could feel a great improvement in precision when turning in. Side note, i really wish these wheels were 8in wide, i run a 225 comfortably, but i want to upgrade to a 235 down the road, and an 8in would fit that comfortably than the 7.5in.

NHTSA's interpretation of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act prohibits service providers from installing aftermarket tires and wheels on your vehicle without working TPMS sensors. In some states, vehicle inspection regulations require operating TPMS on every vehicle that came with TPMS as Original Equipment. The Original Equipment sensors from your Original Equipment wheels may be compatible with the new wheels you selected.
