I have had the rims installed for about 2 months now, and I must say, they look great. The only problem I have noticed so far, is that the wheels stick about a half inch out of the wheel well, but it doesn't bother me. I didn't install them, so I have no idea how hard they are to install. The overall appearance of the wheels are just plain awesome, and would be even better on a lifted truck.
