For drivers with a 2022-2024 Expedition or Navigator, this Ford Performance kit is designed to enhance the performance of its 3.5L EcoBoost engine. The calibration is engineered and dyno tested to boost power without sacrificing reliability – and that comes in the form of an increase in a peak power of 456hp at 5,500rpm and peak torque of 554lb-ft at 3,250rpm for Performance, Timberline, King Ranch, Platinum, and all Navigator models (with 440hp at 5,250rpm and 510lb-ft at 3,250rpm on XL and XLTs). Drivers can also expect an improved throttle response through the rpm range.

The Expedition/Navigator 3.5L Calibration Kit comes with a ProCal 4 delivery tool to enable the download and delivery of future calibrations. Additionally, the kit optimizes the shift schedule, creating smoother gear shifts whenever you drive.

    Just buy it! Since buying my Ranger Raptor I've always put in 93 octane, so the requirement to use 93 with the ProCal tune was insignificant to me. I don't beat my truck and drive conservatively (trust me... even conservatively this truck is fast). My avg MPG city driving with a lot of hills where I live would be between 16.6 and 16.8. Never saw anything better than that after 4k miles.

    I've read where people saw in increase in MPG after installing the tune and having it calibrate over a few hundred miles. I can attest this is a true statement. Very likely they can tune for a specific octane (91+). I'm now averaging after another 1k miles with the tune same type and area of driving 17.7 MPG. Plus the transmission shifts are smoother. Especially from 1-2 and 2-3. Like buttery smooth compared to stock. That with the MPG increase is the most prominent attribute to me when driving normally with the tune. And when you want to be a hooligan in 4A and stomp on your right pedal it shocked me at first the amount of torque it produced. Pushed me back into the seat and kept pulling all the way to red line. I've only done maybe 2 of those types of pulls and ya... it's crazy how this truck can move now. Bottom line. Worth my investment.
