Before you submit your claim, make sure you have a copy of your original sales receipt, which shows:
- Customer name
- Tire product purchased
- Date the tires were purchased
- Name and address of the store where the tires were purchased
Submit by mail:
- Mail your completed rebate form, along with your original sales receipt, in an envelope to the following address:

- Submissions must be postmarked or submitted online by 1/31/24. Invoice must have eligible tire name and proof of purchase on the Goodyear Credit Card (when applicable) clearly indicated. Online purchases must include copy of the online purchase invoice and the installation invoice from authorized Goodyear Retailer. Work orders not accepted. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for Goodyear Visa Prepaid Card/Virtual Card delivery.
Tire Rack will mail a redemption form (also available here) and a copy of your invoice to your billing address within one to two weeks. An invoice will also be shipped with your order. (Website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails not accepted.)
