Dunlop Get $50 by Mail-In Rebate
To qualify to receive up to a $50 Visa® Prepaid Card by mail-in rebate you must purchase a set of four select Dunlop tires from Tire Rack's in-stock inventory between 12:00 a.m. EST January 1, 2016 and 11:59 p.m. EST January 31, 2016. Orders for tires that are not in stock during the offer period are not eligible for this offer.
Tire Rack will mail a redemption form (also available here) and a copy of the invoice to your billing address within 1-2 weeks. You will need to complete this form and submit it along with the actual invoice (website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails are not accepted). An additional invoice copy will also be shipped with your order.

Submissions must be postmarked, or submitted online, by February 29, 2016. Invoice must have eligible tire name clearly indicated.
Mail-In Rebate for a Goodyear Visa Prepaid Card valid on purchases made between January 1, 2016 and January 31, 2016. One Mail-In Rebate for a prepaid card per qualifying purchase and per invoice. Limit one (1) rebate form per tire purchase, per envelope. Above rebates are on a set of four tires. If your vehicle requires six tires, rebates are available on a prorated basis for the two additional tires. The prorated rebate amount, per additional tire, is 25% of the rebate amount listed above. The minimum purchase is a set of four tires and the maximum purchase is six tires per invoice. Offers available only at authorized participating U.S. Tire Rack Retailers. Offer valid only for U.S. residents (50 U.S. states and D.C.) who are individual consumers with mailing addresses in the U.S. or U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO addresses. This offer does not apply to Canadian residents. Commercial fleets are not eligible for these rebates. This completed form must be postmarked no later than February 29, 2016. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for prepaid card delivery. Goodyear reserves the right to substitute a check of equal value in lieu of a prepaid card at its discretion. Fraudulent submissions will not be honored and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not responsible for noncomplying Rebate Submissions or for lost, late, illegible, postage-due or undeliverable mail.
