I wish the tread wear were a little better, but I also have an AWD car that I never accelerate slowly - so all tires have a shorter life for me. I would say that these are wearing at the same rate as performance All-Season tires, so that's not bad.
These are not the most quiet tires, but my profile is pretty low on this car, so no tire is going to be "quiet". That said, the ride quality is better than most performance tires on the highway and there is no "drone" at highway speeds on cruise control.
