Kumho Ecsta LX Platinum 

They are a very good tire. No negatives that i can think of. They do alot of things well, from handling to wet performance, to good mileage. Would definitely buy again.

This is my second set of this tire and brand that I have purchased - very happy with the ride, noise level and wet traction (live in S. FLA). Highly Recommend!

This is my second set for my second car. I have nothing negative to say about these tires. I just drove 5 hours in the pouring rain on the highway and zero issues.

Bought these tires for all season in Mid West, and these tires does wonder in snow, braking may slide you couple feet but it all depends how far you brake away. Heavy snow does wonder in these too. Tires spin but it picks up fast than a suv.

In the CT Area, had about 3-5 inches of snow fall a few weeks ago, tires handled better than what people had reviewed it for with the snow and all. I have a manual 6 spd rwd g35, only time i spun out was when I trac control off, and i purposely wanted to see how hard i can make turns before spinning out. The streets were completely clear so it was something I had a chance doing. With trac control on minimal to almost 0 fish tailing or spinning out as long as you drove with caution. I had my cousin give the car also and he uses Pirelli P Sports for his evo, and he really liked what the tires had to offer as for ride comfort, and responsiveness.

These tires treated me great. Suburbs, highways, rain, snow, they handled it all with no complaints. Sadly my car fell apart and I couldn't fit the tires on my new car, I miss having these tires. My next set of tires will be Kumhos for sure.

I purchased these as an upgrade, mounted on 17" Bullitt wheels, on my modified Grand Marquis- not only were they the least expensive, they actually had the best mileage rating. They are quiet and smooth, and have excellent dry traction, and I'll definitely buy them again...

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so for this tire.

Just replaced my Ecsta Platinums with another set after 61K miles! I've rarely gotten more than 40K out of a set of tires before they started having problems - and never remember over 50K. 95% highway miles - and while I'm not aggressive with the tires, I'm no Sunday driver either. Rotated every 10K miles. Just got down to the treadwear indicator on two and two not there yet. A little noise after 50K miles, but still reasonably quiet.

About as sure-footed as any tire I've driven when used on a front-wheel drive. We don't get much snow in NC - but do get ice and snow. These tires will get you around in poor weather just fine if handled prudently.

All-in-all exceptional performance at a great price. I guess you could get a fancier set of Michelins - ... but why?

No buyer's remorse. These are excellent touring tires. Braking and cornering is above average and pleasantly surprised how well these handled over bumps and potholes. So far, these handle decently through down pouring rain but will update review when snow hits the ground

This was the first time for my Bmw 5 series. I replaced Sumitomo HTR , which lasted a longtime and was a great handling tire. However I've been very pleased with the comfort and ride of the tire Kumho. I'm a big fan and believe it's one for the best touring tire for the value.

Still have these on my Accord 4cyl. and they look like they're about 1/2 worn with about 35K miles on them. I'd say overall I'm pretty happy with them considering I paid about $75.00 a tire a few years ago. Looks like they'll give me around 70K miles which is great so nothing to complain there. Dry handling and ride comfort has been pretty good although I feel there is a bit more road noise than I'd like. Haven't had the need to re-balance them at all and seem to be all wearing evenly but I do rotate on a regular basis. Great value for the price.

These are good tires with very good tread life, at least for our mostly highway use.

DO NOT BUY these 225/45R19 tires if you have the 3rd gen (2014-present) Mazda 6 with 19" wheels. The road noise from 45-60mph is horrendous. It's a pulsing whine that made me do everything I could to stay out of that speed range.

I've had this set of tires on both my wife's VW (5/2017) and my 2001 E class (1/2018). The tire noise is quite low and the wear is decent, but I wouldn't say 50k miles. It's more like 35k to 40k, although I wouldn't drive them to the TWI. The road noise hasn't gone up that high considering I am about 40% treadwear remaining. For the money, they're wonderful tires and they're very comfortable.
