The Raptor HR is RIKEN's H-speed rated Grand Touring All-Season tire developed for the drivers of sedans, coupes, minivans and crossover vehicles. Designed as a sport-touring tire, the Raptor HR combines good handling performance with year-round traction in dry, wet and wintry conditions, including light snow.
Featuring an all-season tread compound molded into a symmetric design, the Raptor HR utilizes a continuous center rib for constant rubber-to-road contact that delivers solid on-center feel and steering response. Multiple lateral notches work in conjunction with the four wide, circumferential grooves to move water away from the contact patch and resist hydroplaning, while in-block sipes provide the biting edges needed to generate all-season traction.

Shipping was fast, tires are great, made the ride comfort WAY better and grip in the rain. I do a lot of hilly backroad driving for the daily commute, so for the price I’d definitely buy these again.

...This tire hits all the marks, NOT run flat (hate them), great for highway driving, and good in the wet!
So after moving to a large metropolitan area I needed a car that was good for highway, and being in Florida one that is at least good in the rain. This tire hits all the marks, NOT run flat (hate them), great for highway driving, and good in the wet! Buy these!

...They preform good in snow and rain, and they do great in the dry...
I got these tires for my daily driver (2005 Chevy Classic) and surprisingly they do a good job. They preform good in snow and rain, and they do great in the dry. Now the tires aren't going to WOW you with performance and handling, but for a cheep set of tires for my commuter they do everything I need them to.

In my experience in dry weather they feel like road huggers without giving your wallet a swift death. Amazing turning response and traction. In snow/ice they are no blizzard tire for sure but 5 inches or less of snowfall and your In the green.

Good little performer on my vintage Volvo p1800. I never drive this car in anything other than dry conditions so I can't speak to the weather performance, but for what I've experienced thus far, they are quiet, comfortable, and grippy. A great bargain.

These tires... are quiet and comfortable.
These tires are a great up grade to the stock 185/60/14 tires. I personally like a wider tire and these fit right up with no issues. Great in the rain and great on dry roads and are quiet and comfortable.

...I expected these to last not much longer for a cheaper price, but they surprised me by lasting over a year in comparison to what is supposedly a superior treadwear tire... After 16000 miles, these still have more than 50% tread life, and I abuse them...
Used on the car because it had higher treadwear and good ratings for a cheap price. I purchased two tires for the rear of a RWD Nissan Skyline that I am too heavy on the accelerator with. (I went through the last set of rear tires in under 3 months at about 5000 miles.) I expected these to last not much longer for a cheaper price, but they surprised me by lasting over a year in comparison to what is supposedly a superior treadwear tire. The car has a lot of power and is very drifty in its setup, but was also daily driven for a long time until I got a proper daily driver. After 16000 miles, these still have more than 50% tread life, and I abuse them. I can't speak much towards the handling as I only use them on the rear wheels, but they are much better than I expected for the price.

I have two cars (different sizes) both with these tires. I like them for noise and tire wear (both low). I am a conservative driver so don't push them to their limits, but have been very happy with the two sets I have. I am going to need some more in the future and will buy these at that time. I run dedicated snow tires for about 2 months of the year, then put these back on when the snow season is over (or at least the big snow storms are over) I find them good all season tires.

I bought this tire mainly because of the price. I am impressed with the tread wear. The road noise is noticeable but not distracting. I understand with lower cost comes less performance but I prefer a stronger sidewall.
