The Kumho Crugen Premium delivers excellent wet traction, with most scores 9-10 for confident rain handling. While a few ratings (3-6) note variability, strong hydroplaning resistance reinforces its all-season crossover/SUV capability.

...They are very stable in the wet...
These are the O.E. tires on my Santa Fe and have been wonderful. They are very quiet and the ride is great. I have driven them in every kind of road condition. They are very stable in the wet and the winter performance has been phenomenal. They are by no means a set of winter tires but i have driven on ice, hardpack, 6+ inches of snow and never once had a problem.
I have 21,000 miles and they still look brand new, even my mechanic was impressed with their tread life.

...I can't say about snow and ice, but in the wet they work very nicely. It takes a hard acceleration from a stop to spin them on crosswalk paint and I don't drive that way, anyways...
These 235/65x17 Crugen Premium came on my 2017 Kia Sedona minivan when new. I drive a lot of highway miles, but I don't drive like an idiot (I carry passengers and luggage to/from airports) and am amazed how quiet, round and comfortable these tires still are. In all this time, I have rotated regularly and never needed to re-balance. I can't say about snow and ice, but in the wet they work very nicely. It takes a hard acceleration from a stop to spin them on crosswalk paint and I don't drive that way, anyways. I drive for a living and after 37500 miles (not a misprint) in just about 15 months, the tires measure between 7/32" and 8/32" tread depth. I will definitely buy the same when the time to replace them comes. Why change something if it ain't broken? At this rate, they'll probably be over 5 years old by replacement time.

...There was alot of wet snow, about 4 inches. Enough that it covered the tracks of the car in front of me, but I didn't spin a tire and had no problem going over the Pass. I am impressed with these tires...
these tires came new on the 2015 santa fe AWD. I have 79,600 miles on it. the tires still have 6/32 tread left. I had to drive over Donners Pass 2 weeks ago and snow was forecast. I was concerned because of the miles on the tires, but decided to go anyway. There was alot of wet snow, about 4 inches. Enough that it covered the tracks of the car in front of me, but I didn't spin a tire and had no problem going over the Pass. I am impressed with these tires. They have impressive mileage and still do well in the snow.

...I bought my SUV in the peak of the winter season, and have driven it on wet, snow covered, and icy roads so far already. And these tires have really surprised me to say the least. My Sportage is only FWD and it handles like an AWD traction wise with these tires on it...
Though I've only put 900 miles on these tires, I bought my 2019 Kia Sportage LX new and all the miles are put on by me so far. I couldn't be happier with these tires so far, cause I bought my SUV in the peak of the winter season, and have driven it on wet, snow covered, and icy roads so far already. And these tires have really surprised me to say the least. My Sportage is only FWD and it handles like an AWD traction wise with these tires on it. I don't get that rear end drifting or looseness like I have in the past with some FWD vehicles, and I always put great brand tires on my vehicles. The ride comfort and quietness is amazing, plus they keep their pressure very well in changing temps during the winter, and I don't have Nitrogen filled tires. Only time will tell as to whether these tires live up to the mileage warranty, but so far I'm very pleased with these tires and their exceptional traction in all weather conditions.

...Wet traction was good until 25K miles, and it's been on a decline ever since...
The absolute most unpleasantly noisy tire I've ever had the displeasure of hearing. I've heard off road tires quieter than these. Wet traction was good until 25K miles, and it's been on a decline ever since. Road noise is the exact same way. You can also feel and hear every little road imperfection you go over.

...Wish the would last longer but the comfort and low noise are exeptional. Compared to winter tires that a very noisy and less driving comfort, perhpas due to tread and tire compound.
The tires are perfect for the KIA Sedona, ths is our 4rd set. We swap in wither to studded tires so we do not use these in the winter.
The previous sets have lasted approximately 40000 miles. Wish the would last longer but the comfort and low noise are exeptional.

...they are comfortable and quite on the road...
About 12,000 miles on these tires and have had no issues, not the greatest in snow but they work adequately. If I was back up north I would just buy a set of snow tires and put them on for the season. Wet traction has been above average and they are comfortable and quite on the road. I am buying another set to replace the back set of tires I mostly bought these tires for the price because my wife puts a lot of miles on her car here in the dry and wet conditions mostly.

Treadwear earns high marks with many 9s and 10s, showcasing excellent durability for Crossover/SUVs. While most praise all-season reliability, some scores indicate varied wear experiences in certain conditions.

Great tire with excellent wear , have 85K on tires now and still lots of tread ware left. Tires are 5 years old and plan on getting another year for sure!

...Most amazingly after 33k+ miles and regular rotation they still have 8/32 tread depth. I expect another 30k easy before replacing.
Great OEM choice by Hyundai. This isn't a sport tire and I don't expect it to perform like one. Instead it gets the family to and from on a daily basis in all weather conditions without issue. Rain traction is great, dry traction is great. Tires are still quiet after 30k+ miles. I paid close attention to road noise during a recent 11 hour road trip and the cabin was quiet. Most amazingly after 33k+ miles and regular rotation they still have 8/32 tread depth. I expect another 30k easy before replacing.
