The Tiger Paw Touring A/S is Uniroyal's Standard Touring All-Season tire developed for the drivers of coupes, sedans, crossover and SUVs looking for a satisfying blend of comfort, long tread life and traction for all-seasons, even in light snow.
Uniroyal utilizes an all-season tread compound molded into a symmetric pattern, focused on lowering road noise and providing a comfortable ride. A continuous center rib enhances steering response and braking consistency, and is part of an optimized footprint featuring Uniroyal's Tru-Last Technology helping manage the tire's contact patch for longer, even tread wear. Four wide circumferential grooves and large lateral notches help evacuate water and reduce hydroplaning. Slippery condition traction is further enhanced by a high sipe density design, providing biting edges for wet and snow covered roads.
Internal construction of the Tiger Paw Touring A/S consists of twin steel belts supported by a two-ply polyester sidewall, balancing ride comfort and durability. A single, nylon reinforcement ply above the belts is utilized to increase high speed capability and responsiveness.
