The Scorpion Verde (Italian for green) All Season is Pirelli's eco-friendly Crossover/SUV Touring All-Season tire developed for the drivers of crossovers, sport utility vehicles and prestigious pickups. The Ecoimpact* icons on the sidewall of the Scorpion Verde All Season highlight its environmental compatibility where it reduces rolling resistance and tire weight, compared to Pirelli's previous CUV/SUV tire lines, to increase fuel economy and lower the vehicle's CO2 emissions. The Scorpion Verde All Season is designed to combine dry and wet road handling, comfort and year-round capabilities, including all-season traction in light snow.

The Scorpion Verde All Season molds a silica tread compound into an asymmetric tread design that features an optimized rubber-to-void ratio and uniform contact patch to blend dry road traction and performance with uniform wear. Four wide circumferential grooves displace water to resist hydroplaning and enhance wet traction while longitudinal siping for lateral stability on loose surfaces and high-density lateral siping enhance wet and wintertime traction.

*Specific sizes utilizing eco-focusing manufacturing methods are identified with Pirelli's Ecoimpact designation on the Sizes tab, as well as on the tire's Specs tab.

Limited sizes of the Scorpion Verde All Season are available with Pirelli Noise Cancelling System, which involves the manufacturer adhering a layer of sound-absorbing foam to the inner liner of the tire to reduce cabin noise in the vehicle. These sizes are identified on the Specs page and in the search results.

...I'm very pleased with overall tire performance across many conditions- from mountain slush and snow to wet to desert dry. Feels like I am glued to the road!

Exact replacement for my OEM tires. My original set lasted 40K miles with a little tread to spare, so I elected to replace them with an identical set. I’m very pleased with overall tire performance across many conditions- from mountain slush and snow to wet to desert dry. Feels like I am glued to the road!

...on-point and direct predictable handling feel even on my sportier jaunts or fast loops around highway cloverleaf ramps - including in the wet! These things hardly ever chirped and any dicey traction situations over the decade were easily taken care of with traction control...

I bought these tires almost 10 years ago (from Tire Rack!) for this CR-V and they have been nothing short of fantastic in that time. After 70,000 miles (driving about 8,000 miles per year in rough Philadelphia city streets and on many long highway road trips) they are at 2-4/32" of tread and time to replace, I'd buy them again if Pirelli still made the size I need but alas I'm switching to some cheaper Falken Sinceras and plan to get a new car later this year anyway. I picked the Pirelli brand for no other reason than to put some fun Italian flair on a basic car. I was rewarded with what I consider to be incredible tread life and even wear with whatever rotations the Honda maintenance minder told me to do, decent gas mileage, and consistent and easy to maintain tire pressures (every so often over the years one might go low or become near flat with temperature changes after the car sat in the cold for a few days, but a quick pump and I'd be on my way for more months or years of service - I've never needed to patch these once).

Bonus points to great durability (always parallel parking in a dense city you hit more than your fair share of curbs to the sidewalls and potholes, no problems), and on-point and direct predictable handling feel even on my sportier jaunts or fast loops around highway cloverleaf ramps - including in the wet! These things hardly ever chirped and any dicey traction situations over the decade were easily taken care of with traction control.

Weaker points are winter traction (though never unsafe, ABS brake activation was sometimes a surprise when we've had a dusting of ice or snow this last winter. I also couldn't get out of a parking space with 2" of snow in my 4WD SUV without some intense shoveling last week. These are all-seasons after all though.), and moderately more background road noise than I remember on past tires. I was happy to trade the small increase in noisiness for the tread life and confident handling over the years.

...good wet/ dry traction ( no snow in SC)!)...

This is a replacement tire for a Scorpion that was road damaged. This is a great tire for this vehicle! Handles great, low noise ( even at 30k for the original set), good wet/ dry traction ( no snow in SC)!). I still have half of the tread left, so I would expect to get 50k or more out of this set. Highly recommended!

These came standard on our 2020 Range Rover Sport HST (22"). I'm very satisfied with all aspects of the tire's performance. We live in new England where winter weather conditions seem to be with us 6 months out of the year and the roads take a beating. They performed admirably in all types of conditions and we finally decided to replace them at 42500 miles while the car was in for its 42K service. I was very surprised at their longevity. Another trait that I rated highly is how they remain neutral on roads that are highly crowned from truck wear or have significant ruts. Our other car is a Mercedes Benz AMG E63s with Pirelli PZero tires and I can barely keep the car under control on some of the local roads when driving 55 mph...the tires just fall into the wear marks of the road and I feel like I'm being taken along for a ride. Not so with the Range Rover.

They do everything a really good tire should, they disappear into the background. You don't even know that there there. We live in an area that has some extremes. Everything from summer heat and dry desert to loads of snow and ice in the winter, even more extreme when going through the mountain passes in winter. There are also dirt and gravel roads which are common. These tires have never brought any attention to themselves, just performed well and we continued on with no concerns. They have quietly done everything i have asked of them.

...Decent though not great on snow and ice...

This tire came on a new Jeep Cherokee. Overall it is fantastic. Good grip and traction. Low road noise. Nice on corners. Decent though not great on snow and ice. We drive the car on highways and a small bit of city traffic and often in rain and in snow and ice during the winter. The biggest complaint is treadwear. We rotate every 5,000 miles and keep inflation pressures perfect. Still, with mostly highway driving and nothing aggressive we have 31,000 miles on these tires and will replace next week. I am shifting to the Michelin Defender and will pay more. That tire comes with a 70,000 mile warranty. Will do a review of it later.

I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these tires are...

I got these Pirrellis at a discount from Tire Rack I really had no expectations, the main reason I bought them was the great price. But I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these tires are. And the handling is simply perfect - sharp and precise. No issues in the wet either - they are solid. Additionally, I noticed a slightly better mileage, compared to the previous set of Dunlops I had on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been pleased with the performance on these OEM tires. I’ve heard many complaints from other EV drivers with excessive tread wear. I think the instant torque in an Ev makes some of them drive like idiots and eat a lot of tire. I’ve put over 42,000 highway miles on these and have been pleased with the smooth ride and firm grip. I’ve rotated regularly and amy pretty sure I will eek out close to 50k on these before I replace them. That’s not bad for a truck/suv tire. I haven’t decided if I will buy the same again. The cost is substantially higher than other options.
