The TrueContact Tour is Continental's Standard Touring All-Season tire developed for drivers of family sedans, coupes, minivans and small crossovers looking for sure-footed traction, a smooth, quiet ride and long tread life. TrueContact Tour tires are designed to combine premium levels of ride and noise quality with responsive handling and confident grip in dry, wet and wintry conditions, including light snow.
The all-season tread compound of the TrueContact Tour features temperature-activated functional polymers that aid tread life and fuel efficiency, and the symmetric pattern enables easy rotation intervals to combat irregular wear. Comfort Ride Technology incorporates an underlay beneath the tread that is designed to isolate the tread from the casing and reduce the amount of perceptible vibration in the cabin. Continental's +Silane additives enhance traction in slippery conditions, and the wide, circumferential grooves allow water to flow through the contact patch for improved hydroplaning resistance. Siped intermediate tread blocks and lateral notches in the shoulders create the biting edges needed for grip in snowy or icy conditions, and traction grooves trap snow in the tread to provide snow-to-snow traction.
The internal construction of the TrueContact Tour utilizes a single ply, polyester casing. The low- to mid-apex balances handling performance and ride comfort, while dual steel belts are reinforced by a high-strength, spirally wound nylon overlay to enhance durability and high-speed uniformity.

These tires are supple and grippy on all surfaces that I have tried them including on wet brick pavement and mossy peripheries of steeep hillside cul de sacs. They were even pretty decent in moist sand!...
These tires really improved the feel of my wagon. I came from those Les Schwab only Toyo Synapse tires that were hard, not very grippy especially in the wet and wore quickly. Granted, the tires were ready for replacement upon acquiring the vehicle, but they were still noisy and hard. These tires are supple and grippy on all surfaces that I have tried them including old wet brick pavement and mossy peripheries of steeep hillside cul de sacs. They were even pretty decent in moist sand! #soob. Anyways, I'm real glad I didn't cheap out on tires, and neither should you.

...Mostly city driving on this set of tires, found it is quiet, responsive in steering, and excellent traction in wet...
This is the 3rd set of all season tires we had on the Accord. Mostly city driving on this set of tires, found it is quiet, responsive in steering, and excellent traction in wet.
After 21400 Km (13400 miles), tire wear is almost non-existent, may be 1/32 or 2/32 worn.
Relatively against General G-max AS-03 and OE Michelin MXV4 on the Accord, this tire is the best in all category.
Will buy this again.

...We've driven in one good rainstorm and they're 90% of the grip as you'd find in the dry which makes driving much more relaxing!...
we bought this Prius new in 2015, these are the 3rd set on the car over the 106,000 miles. First OEM set were the Assurance Fuel Max. Those were about average the first 30k and sharply declined in most areas after then up to 50k where they needed to be burned. The noise was horrible, no traction in snow (even with chains), had very little grip, but so far the best fuel economy tires were had. The next set from 50k-100k were Conti Purecontact they were asymmetric and awesome looking! The tires were great, good snow traction without chains, great communication when cornering aggressively to get to Big Bear to shred that gnar! They did drop the fuel economy about 1-2mpg over their lifespan, but they were quiet and very comfortable to drive at highway speeds. Can't say anything bad about these tires, you get what you expect. And for the 3rd and current set 100k roughly we got these tires and dang! I know new tires always feel different from worn tires but these are the cats pajamas! They're ultra quiet on the highway, the most quiet this car has ever been (even more quiet than a 2018 Prius Prime on Ecopias) the ride quality is par with the Pure's the cornering ability is slightly higher then the Pure's and the on center agility is much improved. We've driven in one good rainstorm and they're 90% of the grip as you'd find in the dry which makes driving much more relaxing! One aspect we've never felt before is the plantedness they've added to the car. Wind doesn't upset the car at highway speeds anymore, and mid corner bumps are much more composed then they have ever been. Mpg has gone up to about even with when the car was new we're seeing 50-51 mpg at 70mph. Absolutely the most perfect Prius tire I've experienced thus far.

...Never lost grip in light snow...
I was really surprised with how well this tire works on this car. Never lost grip in light snow. Have not had any issues with hydroplaning, even in a heavy downpour going 75 mph. My wife was able to come to a complete and safe emergency stop in the rain on the highway. She even commented on how well she was able to stop. If she noticed something working well on her car, then it must really have been impressive. This tire is quiet but does have a slightly more stiff ride than the last set of Pirellis we had. Overall, I will be buying these again.

...Drove it today, 1-15-24, on packed snow/icy suburban roads, temps in single digits, with good start and stop traction.
So far I like these tires. Bought them in December. I've only driven the car around town but no complaints from anyone else who has driven the car. Drove it today, 1-15-24, on packed snow/icy suburban roads, temps in the single digits, with good start and stop traction.

...Good dry weather grip both cornering and stopping...
Only a thousand miles on them and no cold/ice/snow (yet)...very little rain for that matter--but the seem to be doing well. Good dry weather grip both cornering and stopping. What little wet weather I've encountered since purchasing hasn't brought any bad traits out; I'll know more when I've driven through a frog-strangler rainstorm.

...They are excellent in rain, on dry pavement, cornering is excellent...
So far an excellent choice. I looked at 3 different tires until I chose these. I made a great decision, the installer also said these are excellent tires. When I bought my CR-V it had a set of obnoxiously LOUD Doral SDL tires on it, they probably had 10-20k on them, those were probably the absolute loudest tires I have ever heard. As soon as I changed to the Continental's it was night and day. The CR-V is known as being a little noisy from road noise. These changed the car completely. They are excellent in rain, dry pavement, cornering is excellent. I am getting 26mpg average with these continuously, the Doral tires were about 23mpg. We will see in winter how they are in snow(Massachusetts). Being AWD it should be great. Great tires.

I have been satisfied with their ride comfort and noise levels, which is a huge plus on long road trips...
I bought these tires to replace the stock ones that wore out in less than 40k miles. I have been satisfied with their ride comfort and noise levels, which is a huge plus on long road trips.
The wet traction on these tires is great; my wife and I have not had any scares with hydroplaning during heavy rain, unlike with our OEM tires. Have only driven them in very light snow a couple of times, but they performed adequately for All-Season tires. They're about average in dry conditions and will slip a bit during when accelerating quickly from a stop.
Their handling characteristics are nothing to write home about if you've ever driven performance tires, but they're good enough to be safe and stable in regular driving.
The tires have about 12k miles, give or take, and show almost no signs of wear. I hope they live up to their 80k mile warranty.

Simply Awesome. Best Standard All season tire on the market at a lower price then other premium tire competitors. This maybe the safest tire on the market right now. Handles driving rain at interstate speeds while installing a sense of driving confidence. Have driven through several 4-8 inch snow storms without any drama. Extremely quiet. Super comfortable. Great warranty, 85000 miles. Outperforms all other standard all season tires and most Gran Touring all season tires that are $50 to $100 higher per tire. If safety, comfort and a budget friendly price are your biggest concerns then mount these on your family vehicle. Also this tire often come with a $70 rebate making it an even bigger bang for the buck value.

...So far the tread wear is better than the Bridgestone and General tires from 2 previous purchases...
Never owned Continental tire but absolutely love these tires. About the same price as other tire brands for my car and maybe even lower than some. So far the tread wear is better than the Bridgestone and General tires from 2 previous purchases. A lot quieter than the last 2 sets. Traction is great in dry and wet weather. I live in the south so no snow/ice driving. Traction is good enough that the big white bars painted on the roads at stop signs very rarely cause slipping when accelerating from a complete stop.
Bottom line: great traction in most conditions, quiet and smooth ride, price is very reasonable, and tread wear is good. Would buy them again and recommend to family and friends.

The tires perform great, I have them on my Kia Sedona and so far they have done great in the snow and rain. The only thing I have noticed is a decrease in fuel economy since installation. My miles per tank has gone down by about 40-60 miles. I hope this resolves as the tires break in.
