Goodyear Assurance CS Fuel Max 

Very pleased with these tires after 7,000 miles. Much better than the 'junk' Bridgestone Dueller 400 HL's (worst tires I ever owned) which only lasted 26,000 miles and were like skis in the snow. Shortly after putting on these tires I left on a 300 mile road trip and we had a horrible rainstorm. The tires performed spectacularly in the rain. Coming home from our trip down Parley's Canyon (very steep grades) on I-80 the road looked like a river - did I also mention I was towing a 3,000 pound boat behind me. Never once the the tires break free or felt as if they were going to hydroplane. I have been able to use the tires in all seasons now. Did great in light/moderate snow. Slightly louder (not much) than the Bridgestones and a little softer handing (again not much). Fuel economy has been the same - the Goodyear and the Bridgestone both have the Low Rolling Resistance Technology. Great thing about these tires is the 6yr. - 65,000 mile warranty. We only put about 7,500 miles a year on this vehicle and most tires are only warrantied for 4-5 years. Keep the longer warranty period in mind when you are shopping around. I will absolutely purchase these tires again.

Replaced a set of OEM Continentals, only 1K in, but so far, I love the Goodyears. Excellent dry and wet grip, incredibly quiet and responsive.

This is a follow up review after having these tires on my Santa Fe for 2 years/60k miles.
Tires still have about 1/3 to 1/2 tread left, so wear is excellent. They provide good traction wet or dry with a quiet, comfortable ride. They will hydroplane if you hit a deep puddle at 60 mph or more, but then again so will most other tires out there. I've been very happy with them overall.
The only problems I've had is one tire suffered an internal tread separation at about 40k miles (which may or may not have been caused by a plug installed to repair a nail hole) and the tires have a tendency to squirm under certain conditions. Driving over very bumpy/irregular roadways, abrupt steering inputs, and other jerky movements illicits this squirm, but since I see no other reviews where this is mentioned it could be attributed to my car's suspension as opposed to the tires.
Overall a good tire for the money, and when these wear out (I expect them to last about 80-90k miles) I'll replace with the same.

Compared to the stock tires that were on my 2009 Dodge Journey when I bought it with 33000 miles - these tires are a dream. I live in Missouri and we had multiple 6+ inch snow storms this winter, and during the worst one with 10+ of snow my new tires went perfectly through the snow. I saw cars/trucks/suvs stuck everywhere, but my dodge journey (which I don't even love) with new tires performed flawlessly. The remaining unknown is how long the treads will wear down - but in terms of performance these tires are great.

I was a little reluctant to buy these tires. However, I was pleasantly surprised of their performance. I have an average increase of city fuel milage of 1 mpg and highway of 4 mpg. These tires have very little treadwear thus far. they are good all season tires. I don't know why the person with the Ford Taurus is complaining about winter weather traction. I have good results with winter weather. My only complaint is the strange ability of these tires picking up rocks/gravel. The tires constantly have small stones stuck in the treads. Maybe that is why I get decent ice traction?? Anyhow, I would recommend these tires for those that want to save a few dollars on fuel.

Have gone through 2 Maine winters with the tires. Have driven through 6 inches of snow in 4wd without a problem. I was surprised as to how well they worked on ice. As far as road noise I don't think they are any noisier than the OEM Bridgestone Duelers. I also noticed about 1 to 2 mpg's.

So far they have been great. Suffered non of the issuses in the other reveiws. Learned a long time ago that you need to run a little more pressure than recomended minimums in Goodyears for the performance to shine. They are nice and quiet compared to the factory tire which were so noisy I constantly was checking for baring wear. Have pick up a solid 5% in the milage average which is wonderful in a big truck. They have a nice crisp responce with no slipage. Even in the rain/light snow the responce is there. Still waiting for deep snow, but I'm confident they will perform. Goodyear has never let me down in 25 years.

My car currently has the Goodyear cs Assurance Fuel Max. The handling of the tire on wet roads, light snow and dry conditions is good. The tires handle well on curves as well. 4,000 miles or so ago, I have noticed major wear. I had higher expectation of the wear of the tires, but instead the tires are a major disappointment as they wore out faster than expected. I just had my car serviced at a dealership and was told I will need new tires in a few thousand miles. I have never had tires wear out so quickly that I recall.
I would not recommend these tires, nor will I buy them again.

Replaced Michelins that lasted only 17000 miles.

EXCEPT for the fact that initially these tires seemed not to balance, these tires ride very nicely, quiet and with loads of traction. It seems I get another 1-2 mpg out of these, but it could be the size of the tire.

BIGGEST PROBLEM is that 2 of the 4 (so far) turn out not to balance because they are actually DEFECTIVE according to the installer! He says it is not the balancing, but the fact that 2 of the 4 are not round and straight, they actually were wobbling on the wheel, creating a sensation of imbalance. He said to call Tire Rack which I did. The customer service gal talked to the installer while I was on the phone with her, arranged replacement tires to be sent to the installer, and the old ones returned, all in one call, all in one day! We'll see how this works now.

This is a very quiet and smooth riding tire for pickup or suv..I had been buying GY Wranglers for years. This is a better tire. Comfortable ride.

These tires are great on my SUV. I took this SUV from the State of West Virginia, to Orlando, Florida. These tires were great my 2010 Murano did not eat the gas. Tires will be put on again. The ride is like riding a Cadallic . Buy these tires, they are great.

I know I don't have very many miles on these yet but I am very impressed. They have a very comfortable ride. Much better than OEM tires (Eagle LS) Not loud at all. Went through some heavy rain the day I got them and they were great. I surprised that according to my on-board MPG monitor my fuel Mileage improved by a full 1 MPG. I was only expecting 1/2 MPG max. The only thing I was unsure on is the snow traction. They don't look too aggressive and there is not a lot of siping. Probably due to the Low rolling resistance requirement. I am very anxious to see how they do in the snow/ice. I'll update in a few months.

Bought these tire to get better gas mileage which really didn't change 22 mpg but the treadwear as been exceptional they have 73k and will go for another 15k at 6/32 right now. The tires tend to capture pebbles into the treads which may cause the tires to last longer and increase road noise. The original OEM Tire's lasted at 55k and had a blow out. These tires never hydroplane which is usually what the roads in NewEngland have is water on them after the salt, slush or snow and they have performed great. I will repurchase these tires again from dealer. Great value and great price. I also like the triple treads but these tires have been great.

I installed on F150 pick up. I am very impressed with this tire. First I actually seen an increase of 1.2 MPG. Tire is very quiet and stable when towing or loading the truck. Might be a little too firm for a cross over but a light truck or SUV this tire is great. I replaced a set of Micheline tires and these are much better. The wear is also excellent.

These tires came stock on my 4Runner, 2011. I use this truck for inclement weather and hunting. These tires have seen some light mud and snow off road and I have no complaints. They ride loud on the blacktop and handle adequate. I don't generally slow down in the rain and can't recall these tires ever hydroplaning. They still have a little tread left, but hunting season is on me and they must be replaced. I got 6yrs and 81k miles on a set of tires. If i were to complain, my standards would be pretty high.
