The Eagle F1 Asymmetric All-Season RunOnFlat (ROF) is Goodyear's self-supporting run-flat Ultra High Performance All-Season tire developed for the drivers of sports cars, sporty coupes and powerful performance sedans who want to enjoy driving their cars any time of the year. In addition to providing temporary extended mobility in the event a puncture allows complete air pressure loss, the Eagle F1 Asymmetric All-Season RunOnFlat is designed to meet challenging road conditions with confidence-inspiring all-season traction, even in light snow.

Eagle F1 Asymmetric All-Season RunOnFlat tires use a specialized tread compound that delivers traction in any season. This compound is molded into an asymmetric tread design featuring specific dry and all-season zones to combine race-inspired handling in warm weather with all-season traction in cold temperatures. Powerful outboard tread blocks in the Dry Handling Zone put more rubber on the road to deliver dry traction and handling. The inboard All-Season Zone evacuates water and slush as Traction Teeth increase all-season traction in rain and light snow. While allowing additional biting edges to generate more traction in rain and snow, Tredlock Technology microgrooves lock together for confident grip in turns.

The tire's internal structure features twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped polyamide cord cap plies to blend high-performance handling with high-speed durability.

NOTE: RunOnFlat tires are only recommended for vehicles that are originally equipped with self-supporting run-flat tires and equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system.

Customers Say

Ratings data demonstrates the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 ZP delivers outstanding dry traction (frequent 9-10 scores) with precise steering and stable cornering. Strong wet grip (8-10 range) and hydroplaning resistance stand out, aligning with its all-season intent. Winter traction shows confidence in light snow, though some note mixed ice performance (scores as low as 3-4). Comfort receives consistent praise for a generally smooth ride, with occasional mentions of road noise. Treadwear is viewed as satisfactory for the category, though a few reports cite rapid wear. Overall, it excels as a balanced ultra-high-performance all-season option, particularly for drivers prioritizing dry/wet handling.

...Dry and wet it feels like 20% more grip (I'm not saying you can get 20% more G on the skid pad, just describing how it feels). The GY always complained and made you wonder if it would let go when things got exciting. These just grip. No complaints. No drama. Just grip...

I have 40k on the non runflat version of this tire on an almost identical MB wagon. The run flat is noisier. I read the reviews that mentioned that. But I expected a low rumble, not the mid frequency I get. It sounds like waving a switch slowly at 30, and quickly at 55. But like putting a ceiling fan in a room without one, at first all you can hear is the new fan, but pretty quickly you stop hearing it. After a couple of weeks I mostly don't hear them, and when I do notice them I forget in a mile. What do I notice? The grip. It is MUCH better than the OEM Good Year Eagle runflat. Dry and wet it feels like 20% more grip (I'm not saying you can get 20% more G on the skid pad, just describing how it feels) . The GY always complained and made you wonder if it would let go when things got exciting. These just grip. No complaints. No drama. Just grip. These tires are fantastic combination of dry and wet grip, durability(I expect), and run flat. I was concerned dropping from a 45 to a 40 (they don't make it in a 45 for my size), but I honestly can't tell the difference in comfort. I would accept a bit of noise for the confidence these tires give me every day of the week.

The tires work extremely well under hard acceleration compared to the factory eagle super car 3 without extreme temperatures which Goodyear requires , I have not driven it at the track to see how they hold up, but I wanted a tire like this that if I got caught out in the rain, which I don’t usually try to drive in the rain that I had a tire that was safe . Also looking Forward to getting more than 5000 miles out of a tire set .

Tires are great accept not great for a Corvette Z06. I'm always spinning the tires when driving not including spirited driving. I can feel the tires breaking traction on dry pavement. I have a 7 speed manual trans and running the gears even at lower speeds will some times spin the tires. I bought these tires thinking that all seasons would give me the opportunity to drive year round which they do. However, owning a Corvette is reason to accelerate occasionally just to hear the exhaust. These tires again are great accept not for any type of Corvette driving.I mostly experience spinning shifting into 2nd and 3rd gear under 40 mph. However, to each their own. It appears that the life of these tires might be great because of the wear rating of 540. Just my opinion as a purchaser.

I bought these tires since they had a 540 treadwear rating and I wanted my tires to last a little longer than usual. In general, tires with a high treadwear rating do last longer than those with a lower rating, but at the tradeoff of traction... I'm only going to buy tires with a 220 or less treadwear rating in the future for better dry traction.

I bought these tires since they had a 540 treadwear rating and I wanted my tires to last a little longer than usual. In general, tires with a high treadwear rating do last longer than those with a lower rating, but at the tradeoff of traction. I bought them since many ratings seemed to show they had excellent dry traction and handling in wet conditions. Let me strongly disagree with the dry traction claim of these tires being good. Dry traction performance was one of the worst of the tires I've tried. It was like driving on solid plastic tires. They spin all the time when you want them to grip the asphalt road. They spin all the time during acceleration and keep spinning throughout the acceleration and shifting. They keep spinning for about twice as long as other tires I've had for the same rpm and gear. The constant spinning of these tires make them a non starter for any future purchase. They were ok in rain which is why I liked them compared to some other tires that started out with much less than 10/32 Tread depth. I'm only going to buy tires with a 220 ot less treadwear rating in the future for better dry traction.
