The Pinza AT is Vredestein's On-Road All-Terrain tire designed for the drivers of pickup trucks, crossovers and full-size SUVs looking for a tire with off-road capabilities that retains its on-road comfort and stability. By blending traditional all-terrain design elements with highway-centric features, the Pinza AT aims to provide traction in a variety of difficult road conditions, including light snow traction that meets the tire industry's severe snow service rating requirements and earns the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol.
Utilizing a computer-aided design, the Pinza AT's four groove tread pattern is built to provide a rugged, off-road look that retains respectable road manners. The multi-pitched pattern employs aggressive biting edges in the shoulder elements along with a higher void ratio for good loose-surface grip. Full depth siping and large zig zag circumferential grooves help increase wet weather traction and hydroplaning resistance for enhanced confidence in wet and wintry weather.
The internal construction of the Pinza AT features either a robust 2-ply casing in Euro Metric sizes or a 3-ply Triplex Casing design in LT Metric sizes featuring Vredestein's Jointless Hexabead Technology for severe duty endurance. The twin steel belts utilize edge protectors and are capped with a nylon ply for enhanced high-speed composure.
Note: While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol may provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions.

...Besides the ride quality, the wet weather traction is great with no hydroplaning even in a downpour...
Got this tire to replace the factory performance Michelins. These tires are much softer and quieter, which is the driving experience I wanted. Besides the ride quality, the wet weather traction is great with no hyroplaning even in a downpour.
As another reviewer noted, when these tires wear, chunks of rubber come off at the edges. I found that the recommended tire pressures for my vehicle are too low for these tires. 32 front, 35 rear. The edges wore much quicker than the center. As a result, I'm running the new tires at 2lbs. higher air pressure. My tires are staggered, so I can't rotate them front to back, and the chunking was on the front tires. The rears wore quite well, though again, more so on the edges than the center, so I'll be running 2lb. higher pressure there too.
In any event, I'm happy replacing them every 25k or so for the ride quality. As it turned out, they are some of the lesser priced tires in my size range, so replacing them isn't that big a deal.
Would recommend them again.
Shout out to Tire Rack. This is my second set from them and both have been a great experience.

I have not tested these tires with dry offroad conditions yet but so far I am super pleased with how they cut through water...
I did a lot of research to find a tire that could keep up with everything that Utah has to offer. Specifically, this year, with snow breaking records. I also travel to CA and wanted something quiet on the highway for longer trips. I have not tested these tires with dry offroad conditions yet but so far I am super pleased with how they cut through water, handle the snow, and perform in dry conditions. Definitely will buy me another set.

...With winter coming I decided to install Vredestein Quadrac Pro tires which have the best grip on wet roads and moderate snow of all the all season tires that I've tried...
I've driven my Tesla Model S 152,000 miles over the past 10+ years. Living 25 miles west of Boston, MA I have a mix of highways and country roads, occasional trips into the city, to snow country, the Midwest, and Florida. The car came with Goodyear Eagle RS A2 245/45R19, which wore down in 25,000 miles and punctured easily, but otherwise worked reasonably well. Next I tried Pirelli SottoZero for winter driving that were good all season tires, but best suited for highway use without the aggressive tread of a snow tire. The rubber had good traction in wet and try conditions, but they wore down in 15,000 miles. Next I tried Michelin Primacy MXM4 which lasted 29,000 miles. They were a good all round tire but had a little more road noise and slightly harsher ride. Next were Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 Which I liked slightly better all around. They were a little quieter and better on wet roads. I have 19,000 miles on them and there is enough tread to go nearly that much more. With winter coming I decided to install Vredestein Quadrac Pro tires which have the best grip on wet roads and moderate snow of all the all season tires that I've tried. With a little more aggressive tread pattern, I was pleasantly surprised that they were the quietest and smoothest riding of all the tires. They steer precisely with low effort, go where they are pointed with no wandering, and good feedback, inspiring confidence. At 40,000 miles they are down to their wear bars and I'm replacing them. The other tires above are listed as low rolling tires for good range with BEV's. I have not seen any increase in watt hours per mile with the Vredesteins.

Love these Vredestein tires. Living in western New York can be a challenge when it comes to the weather. These tires provide excellent grip in rain and snow. Very quiet too. Great value when compared to other popular tires. I also installed a set of Vredestein tires on my wife’s large SUV. As long as Vredestein keeps making them, I’ll keep buying them.

I've only had them a short time, but I can tell already they are better than the Continental tires I had previously purchased. Not that Continentals were slouches - these just seem better for my driving style, and where I live. I feel more comfortable taking curves at a higher pace. When accelerating from a light, and crossing those painted lines, even when wet, these grip like hot bubble-gum. They are very smooth on the highway, and driving on side roads. The first week they sounded "sticky", but after a few hundred miles - they were as quiet as can be. So far, not a single complaint..

Customers overwhelmingly rate the Vredestein Quatrac Pro's dry traction as excellent, with most scoring 9s and 10s. High marks highlight responsive handling and confident grip, aligning perfectly with Grand Touring All-Season expectations. A few 7s suggest minor variability, but overall performance impresses in dry conditions.

...Immediately noticed an immediate improvement on corning and breaking... Liked it enough to buy another set for the rear.
Bought a set to replace worn out Goodyear Assurance to put on the front. Immediately noticed an immediate improvement on corning and breaking. Did notice a slight increase in road noise. But being this car is the family hauler and we abuse the living daylight out of it in everyway, the slightly rougher road noise is worth the improved road handling and breaking. Liked it enough to buy another set for the rear.

...They are quite, smooth and very comfortable...
I live in Reeds Spring, Missouri, where we have a lot of curvie country road and a lot of rain. The Vredestein have been an amazing tire. They are quite, smooth and very comfortable. I am kind of an aggressive driver at times, especially on curves. These tires are excellent when hugging the curves, weather wet or dry. They definitely are an impressive tire and a quality tire for the money. I would absolutely recommend buying these tires. Love them!!!!!!!!!

I've never had a set of tires that have reached their treadwear warranty... until now. Not only have these Vredesteins reached their warranty, but they have surpassed it. 40k warranty and I've driven 43,000 on them and counting. I just had the tread measured recently. They're down to 4's, so I still got some time before I need new ones. All told I'll probably get 45,000 miles on these. Never thought this was possible with tires.
