Does this tire fit your vehicle?

Tires are designed specifically for different vehicles and wheel sizes. Tell us about your vehicle or the specific size you want so we can help find the right tires for you.

The Pinza HT is Vredestein's Highway All-Season tire designed for drivers of crossovers, SUVs and pickup trucks looking for a tire with pleasant road manners balanced with durability and predictable handling. Pinza HT tires are engineered to provide capable traction on dry and wet roads, as well as in light snow.

The symmetric pattern of the Pinza HT is molded from an all-season tread compound intended to provide ease of rotation to promote even tread wear. Larger shoulder blocks help stabilize cornering forces for surefooted handling in high center of gravity vehicles and under heavy loads. The independent tread blocks are staggered to help minimize tread noise with generous pass-through notches that help evacuate water into the large circumferential grooves, increasing hydroplaning resistance. Tread blocks feature dense, zig-zag siping designed to provide biting edges for traction in slippery, wet and wintry conditions.

Internal construction of the Pinza HT consists of two high-strength steel belts supported by a robust, two-ply polyester casing with an additional polyamide cap-ply for stability at highway speeds.

...These have been some of the best wet weather/summer tires I have ever owned...

I live in Florida, and it rains, floods, hurricanes here. These have been some of the best wet weather/summer tires I have ever owned. I break aggressively as well. I run drilled and slotted rotors and carbon breaks. These have been the best tire for the price I've ever had.

The tire is very quiet and it is very reassuring in wet pavement. I am particularly impressed by it's responsiveness... The tire is very quiet and it is very reassuring in wet pavement. I am particularly impressed by it's responsiveness... I had to react to a driver ahead of me who just suddenly stopped in the middle of the road and only had enough time to slow down and turn the vehicle to avoid ramming the vehicle ahead of me. Had I not reacted like so, I would have been part of the back end of it. So far I'm impressed by these tires (Vredestein Pinza H/T 265/70R17s). The tires are wearing well.

It's summertime now so there will be more reviews to follow on this tire as winter sets in in New England.

I know on this wesite that the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is limited to a 245/65R17 tire size but I have researched online that with a lift kit and pinch weld mods, the Cherokee can and will accomodate a 265/70R17 tire size.

...my primary concerns were 1. safety / braking in wet and dry city drivings... They seem good for those...

Got a very good price, but my primary concerns were 1. safety / braking in wet and dry city drivings, 2. lower noise on highway. They seem good for those, quieter than the old Dueler A/Ts. However, unhappy with the highway steering input. Above 55 mph, these tires feel very "squishy" side to side within the lane, necessitating lots of small adjustments to get into equilibrium to hold a straight line. That may be because of how much "taller" the rubber tread blocks are than on my old Duelers. That may mitigate over time. But for now, it went from "ok" straight line keeping with the old Duelers and low tread, to "poor" straight line keeping with the new Pinza H/Ts and the tall tread. Since I have mostly in-city driving under 40 mph this is not a huge issue.

...Great traction on and off road...GREAT road handling...

Vredestein is probably the most underrated tire on the market. Nobody knows about this brand. This is a buyer's advantage. I have been driving on them since the 1990's when I bought the best snow tires I have ever owned (Wintertrac?) and I drive 2 wheel drive vehicles in Colorado. I rank these Pinzas with any great all around, all season tire. Great traction on and off road, they are not snow tires but get better than average foul weather traction, they are silent, GREAT road handling, and although I only have 8000 miles on them seem to have not worn at all. I am not imagining getting the wear of Michelin Defenders but these will compete in all other aspects of driving. They even offer a higher load rating than normal passenger car tires, in case you want to haul a trailer. I would upgrade to LTs for heavy hauling though. Great, underrated, tire for far less than any Michelin, but I believe competes head to head with them.

The best tires I ever bought. The noise level has reduced considerably, the ride is so smooth and comfortable. Hoping the tread wear is as effective as advertised, too soon to comment on that but I am optimistic with what I have seen so far. I highly recommend this brand of tires.

I have 20,000 miles on the tires and the tread depth is at 9-10/32 on all tires... I feel confident I will get 50-60K which is about normal for the loads I haul and driving.

I have 20,000 miles on the tires and the tread depth is at 9-10/32 on all tires. They are smooth and have been quiet. I pull a trailer and boat often with the heaviest load about 5,000 pounds. I like these tires better than the Michelin Defender and also better than the old Michelin LTX. I feel confident I will get 50-60K which is about normal for the loads I haul and driving.

...They run quiet, wear very nicely, and can handle decent loads... I would say they are even better than the Michelins I ran. Especially for wear and traction...

Over all, I am very pleased with these tires. They run quiet, wear very nicely, and can handle decent loads. My F250 is of the factory Heavy Duty variant (stiff springs) and I have towed a car trailer, run very heavy loads in the bed along with the car trailer loaded - no issues whatsoever. I would say they are even better than the Michelins I ran. Especially for wear and traction. I would definitely buy again. Bottom line: they hold up well, and my truck gets used as a truck, not a garage queen. I keep an eye on the sidewalls for weather checks, deflation, etc. Nothing. Nevada sun and weather can be brutal, these hold up better than expected. My weather can range widely, from ice and snow to blistering heat during the summer. Like I said, overall, tow thumbs up. I am very satisfied.
