Absolutely phenomenal purchase, got an amazing deal on the whole set. I was very suspicious at first, but after doing some research I found that tire rack is a genuinely legit website with some amazing deals. Wheels look absolutely stunning and amazing on my car, and I would 100% purchase from tire rack again. I highly recommend. If you are reading this review please know they are genuine and sell quality tires and wheels. And if your lucky like me you can get a whole set of rims for around 600$
The Enkei Performance J10 wheels were a replacement for the factory wheels on my 2006 Mini Cooper S. They made a great difference in the appearance of my car. After a year they still look new. They are a budget wheel but look like they would be higher priced. I have gotten a lot of comments about how great they look.
Using these wheels for mounting winter tires for snowy, salty driving. Wheels show no damage or pitting from the winter abuse. Two complaints - first they have dual stud/lug spacing for 5 x 105mm and 5 x 115mm axles so 5 holes are used and 5 are “lugless” when mounted which looks odd. Second is the lugs are not the usual hex head type that you can use the cars lug wrench with. Instead they supply special external slotted lugs that require a special tool. I am not sure how well the special lugs or tools will hold up after a couple of years. Also there is the concern of losing the special tool or the serviceman who removes and installs my summer wheels/tires will be careful when using the tool. Doubt if a powered air impact wrench can be used.
This was a smooth process. Hunter answered all of my question, the wheels arrived on time and boxes were in excellent condition.The PT drives much smoother since I replaced the stock chrome wheels and tire pressure is no longer an issue. The chrome rims had slow leaks from corrosion.
working good on my Prius c two. I'll know more after I hit a few Michigan pot holes this winter / spring about how well these wheels hold up to the punishment. I purchased eight MSW wheels (17") some few years back. Bent 5 of them.... I'm hoping these Enkei's hold up better (16" and possibly better forming process).
I bought these wheels to replace 22-year old OEM wheels that frequently leaked around the bead rim area and were looking pretty harsh after the chrome plating was dissipating. Like other reviewers mentioned, these Enkei J10 wheels really look great. I've only had them a month or so but I still marvel at them when approaching the car.
Only downside I've experienced is that the plastic wheel hub ring adapters are very cheap and flimsy looking and fell off when I removed both rear wheels to do a brake job. I used an adhesive to attach them to the wheel hub but these plastic adapters are junk. We have an annual state safety inspection and the inspection shop removes 2 (or 4) wheels to inspect the brakes. I can envision wheel hub ring adapters being damaged or falling on the shop floor unnoticed.
Despite seeing how nice they looked on my virtual vehicle, I was a little apprehensive if these racing wheels would look as good on the real thing. However, once I saw my car after getting them mounted with new tires, my worries evaporated. They look fantastic!
I also was impressed by how securely the wheels were packed and shipped. As a mailman, I see damaged goods frequently due to poor packing. Tire Rack did an amzing job keeping them safe.

Overall the wheel is great in all respects. The plastic wheel hub ring adaptors provided did not hold up. When the wheels were removed for winter the hub rings were trashed and fused to the hub and had to be pried off in pieces. I replaced them with some metal ones this spring ( hard to find the right size since info not provided from Tire Rack ) hopefully they'll hold up.
Very happy with my new Enkei Alloy Wheels, they replaced a set of MSW type 85 wheels I got a year ago that were stolen. I would have gotten those again but they are discontinued. Anyway the Enkei's are really sharp looking, I have gotten compliments on them. I love the pick up at warehouse option at Tire Rack, saved $80 that way. Overall very pleased so far with the wheels and the Altimax RT43 all season tires I bought, I would recommened Tire Rack.
One of the OEM 17" wheels exhibited an unpredictable spontaneous deflation habit. Since the original tires needed to be replaced, and since the heavy snow and ice seems to be behind us for this year (during winter I run Blizzaks on 15" wheels, also purchase from Tire Rack) I purchased these Enkei wheels, outfitted with Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4 XL (as a Tire Rack package), to finally deal with this frustrating deflation issue. I installed the wheels myself, and had the TPMS reset at a local shop. So far the combination is very stable, and the aggressive cornering through an unoccupied roundabout in the area provided a glimpse into the performance potential of the Michelin tires. The Tire Rack mounting and balancing is obviously spot on producing a butter smooth rolling ride and pleasantly accurate road feel.
Bought these to replace the steel rims on the 2006 Corolla when it needed new tires. I bought a package to save installation time and cost, and had a local mechanic put them on. They look really sharp with the silver paint color or my car, and seem to make the car, already very responsive, even more so. Only downside is the special lug tool needed -- need to make sure any one who works on the car gives it back or you're out of luck getting the wheels off the next time.
Purchased 17" wheels for my car with performance as primary reason. These wheels didn't require much balancing weight. One only required a 1/2 oz weight. The 38 mm offset made for a more stable straight line handling over the stock 35 mm. Brakes were happier with more airflow than the steel OEM wheels provided. I washed and waxed them as soon as they arrived. I would advise using a mother's cone for easier cleaning while on the car. Overall a nice silver look for a red car.
Installed these on my 2002 Mazda Miata LS. The wheels are the marginally lighter than the 16" OEMs, but they give the car a nice updated look for a great price. They mounted easily with the aluminum hub centric rings I also purchased. Be sure to buy aluminum valve stems to complete the look - much better than the standard rubber ones. Enkei makes great quality wheels and these balanced out with a road force balance that got rid of the dreaded Miata 65 mph shimmy.
I kept the stock Prius rims for the studless Michelin X3 tires that were put on after I bought the car and wanted a sharp looking, but lighter rim to replace the stocks. These were a perfect choice. They are 1.4 lbs lighter than the stock ones and I immediately gained nearly 2 extra mpg. Only one rim needed weights to balance out...NONE on the other 3!
Look so much better than the stock Prius wheels. Had them installed by one of Tirerack's authorized shops (Currys Auto in Falls Church Va). Shipping was fast, the shop charged the price that was published on Tirerack site. I would recommend using them. The whole experience was very easy, I'm a very satisfied customer.
