Great street performance wheel. Whether you look to obtain cool classic 5 stars wheels or shaving of 5 lbs of rebound weight from each corner compared to current existing wheel.

Looks great feels great. Better gas mileage, faster accelerating and braking.

These are fabulous wheels. I've owned them for about 3 months and like them more each time I look at my car. They weigh 18 lbs each verses my 25 lb stock wheels. $176 for 18" diameter is a bargain when you compare the cost of other wheels of comparable weight (for example, the Enkei RPF1 will run you $283... over $100+). The color is wonderful. It's a great lookin' silver that stops short of a shiny chrome. Cleaning is a snap. There's five relatively small spokes that allow a rag to get in there with no problem. Great job Motegi.

Just installed the MR131 wheels onto my Impreza wagon yesterday. I have to say I am a little disappointed. Since the wheels were new on the market, I had not seem them in person before buying them. Online, all photos of them look like the wheels are silver painted and clearcoated. However, the actual product has more of a flat silver finish and are difficult to clean. Furthermore, the finish and paint quality was quite poor. There are pits and uneven paint in many spots. Now I regret rushing to buy this wheel. For an extra $200, I could have bought a set of Enkei RPF1s instead. I thought that since this isn't my track car, I could go for the style of the MR131s instead of the lightweight of the RPF1s. I should have taken workmanship into considerations as well.
