The Pilot Alpin PA2 is Michelin's Performance Winter / Snow tire developed to meet the needs of driving enthusiasts by combining dry road performance and foul weather traction in cold-weather conditions.

The Pilot Alpin PA2 molds a tread rubber compound that remains flexible at lower temperatures for greater grip, into a high-contact tread design. The tread blocks feature Michelin's "Bi-Directional Sipes System" technology that enhances performance on wet, snow-packed and icy roads. The tire's internal structure features twin steel belts reinforced by Michelin's size-optimized BAZ technology where nylon cord is Banded At Zero degrees to the direction of travel.

The Pilot Alpin PA2 winter / snow radials meet the industry's severe snow service requirements and are branded with the mountain/snowflake symbol.

The Pilot Alpin PA2 tires feature winter wear indicators to identify when wear prevents the remaining tread depth from providing beneficial snow performance.

Install Pilot Alpin PA2 tires in sets of four only.

Vehicles should always be equipped with equivalent tires at all wheel positions. These winter / snow tires, due to their temporary extended mobility and exceptional snow and ice traction, must be used in sets of four to help ensure proper vehicle control.
