Nexen N Priz AH8 

I bought a used Hyundai Elantra and they put these tires on before it sold. So far I love them, even though I drove only 8k on them...they're great. It's mostly dry where I live but heavy rains have come and these tires have been excellent in the heavy rain and puddles forming on the freeway! I'll definitely be getting a new set or these when it comes to getting new tires!

The N Priz AH8 tires came as standard equipment on my 2017 Elantra Limited. These tires are definitely designed for more performance than comfort. They are outstanding on dry pavement. When going straight, the tires will try keep going straight with very little wandering off center line. They corner exceptionally well at speed with no noise. Have had no problems at all in the rain with no lose of grip even at higher speeds than I normally drive at while its raining. Only driven on very small patches of snow and the traction has been good. Don't know about deeper snow or ice. The big problem with these tires is comfort and noise. They transfer any bump in the road into the cabin with large bumps really unsettling the ride at times. Also very noisy with a pronounced growl at all times even over smooth pavement. If you want a performance tire, you can consider these, but I will not purchase on set when these are replaced.

The Nexens on this 2017 Elantra are great overall tires.They grip very well in dry and wet, quiet and really ride very well.These are the first Nexens that I really like and I am very surprised how good they really perform.For the price I think they are a great deal.

These were OEM on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I have a bulge in each front tire due to recent pot hole strikes. I've never had a tire fail in this way before in 30 years of driving experience. For that reason alone I would not recommend these tires. Their performance has been mediocre, but to be honest, I'm unsure how much is the tire or the dynamics of this car. My biggest complaints are noise and lack of dry grip. On the positive side, I do think these tires translate their limits of grip to the driver quite well when in high speed turns and on wet pavement. Finally, after 25,000 miles, I think they could easily last another 25-30,000 miles before needing replacement due to tread wear. I think there are other tires that are much better rated for similar money. My next tires will be Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires. I will report on their performance once I test them out.

Overall, I think this is an excellent performing OEM all-season touring tire. The treadwear is phenomenal on these tires. Dry and wet traction are outstanding and I feel in control of the vehicle. They aren’t winter tires, so anything more than light/powdered snow is asking too much of an all-season tire, but that’s expected.

Very good tires. I see the reviews aren't good. Notice that all the complainers are complaining that their cheapo front drive Elantras and Optimas are not good in the snow. Front drive, light weight, small contact footprint. No kidding. It ain't the tires folks. Notice all the good cars show these tires work great? 55k miles on our Outlander AWC with these tires. Rotated every other oil change. Never a traction problem in Minnesota/Wisconsin winters. Quiet as a library in the cabin. 55k miles to get to 4/32". Time for a new set. I'll still probably go with some all weather 3PMSF rated tires for the next set, considering where we live. 4 season tire technology is getting better, gonna get better with it.

I have had Goodyear, Michelin and Firestone tires. I have always purchased tires according to their tread, ratings and prices. When I bought my 2015 Kia Optima I never really thought about what kind of tires it had on it because the car rated high and I really did not think they would put crap tires on the car. I will admit that I have not done them justice though as far as rotation. I have 55000 miles on them and have never rotated them. I have never had a flat (knock on wood), I have had to air them up every so often but nothing to be concerned about. Everyone has their own options on how they like or dislike their tires or anything and I am here to say that I plan on replacing them here in the next few months with the exact same. I wished they were better in the snow and on ice but not to the point that will cause me to buy another brand. So, 55k miles, no rotation and they still offer a quiet ride, stabilized feel when driving and when given the drive straight test ( you know when you are driving on the highway and you take your hands off of the steering wheel to see if the car drives straight ).... and yes, I know there are other factors here but it still drives straight. I think I should get a discount for this amazing promotional review. Seriously though, I am supper picky and living in the mid-west need daily dependability due to the diverse weather changing. Excellent tires.

these tires stink. came new on my 2020 Hyundai Kona (AWD) very poor wet traction; almost dangerous Hydroplaning even at slow speeds; driving in any rain requires a significant slow down. standing road water can present a very dangerous situation. sudden hydroplaning will occur. harsh ride and poor tread life. would not recommend.

These tires are fine on dry pavement and even in light rain. These are the worst tires I have ever owned for light snow. These tires are so bad in any snow that I am replacing at 14,000 miles.

Came on our new Hyundai Venue. The WORST tires I've ever been afflicted with, and I've gone through alot of tires. Terrible in rain ad snow. My 2014 Chevy Spark handles better in inclement weather rolling on Walmart cheapy tires.

The only upside is that the tires are wearing out so fast I doubt I'll have to put up with them much longer. I'm down to about an 2/32nd tread left above

EV tire. It is the original tire that came with the car. Not quiet, not great for comfort. Roll resistance allows good driving range. It’s a cheap tire. I may choose comfort, and quiet next time.

I cannot find any reviews on these tires, so I decided to give my impression. They are noisy. They roar on the highway, they roar in the city. Unless the road surface is perfectly smooth, you will hear them. Overall performance is average, but the ride is rough. Cornering is okay, but not great. If you like to feel the road surface, these tires are for you. Otherwise, don't bother.

These tires are so loud, I am plan to replace them with some Bridgestones. I would not recommend purchasing these tires, unless they are all you can afford. They are dirt cheap compared to other brands.
