    Not as described. I did not receive the Bosch BC768a QuietCast Premium CERAMIC pads which I paid for. Real quietcast pads have MST multiply rubberized shims bonded to the back. TR sent pads without MST which only have a non-bonded floating single ply shim. Not ceramic either. Not chamfered or slotted like a genuine product. Evidence of being returned / tampered with. Not sealedm not individually wrapped the pads came beat up from banging against one another. Worse TR insisted that they were correct even after receiving high resolution photos. TR never offered to have them picked up. TR offered no apology. Missed my mechanics appointment after waiting a week for these fake pads to arrive. Any company which refuses to own a fulfillment failure of this magnitude can t be trusted with your business. No, I will not recommend purchasing these from Tire Rack
