As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Tire Rack, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing pricing strategies that balance margin, volume, and customer value. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, model outcomes, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and company growth.
This position is based on-site at our South Bend, Indiana headquarters. We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and cross-team partnership. A relocation bonus may be applicable based on distance to help support your move.

- Advises cross-functional leaders on pricing scenarios and revenue implications to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Manages comprehensive pricing lifecycle processes, from strategy formulation through implementation and performance monitoring.
- Investigates customer and competitor pricing trends to uncover margin improvement opportunities and support strategic pricing moves.
- Outlines pricing governance frameworks that ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability across business units.
- Resolves strategic conflicts between profitability and volume objectives by analyzing trade-offs and modeling outcomes.
- Audits pricing systems and processes regularly to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business rules.
- Communicates insights and recommendations effectively through dashboards, presentations, and written briefs for executive decision-making.
- Proposes dynamic pricing models and automation strategies to enhance real-time responsiveness to market conditions.
- Reviews strategic pricing initiatives post-implementation to evaluate performance, refine assumptions, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Implements scalable pricing technologies and methodologies that support growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, or financial analysis in a complex, data-driven environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel for advanced modeling and data visualization.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Python preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on strategic impact and business value creation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Vacation Days and Holidays
You will accrue PTO on the last day of each month, for a total of sixteen (16) days per calendar year. Additional days are earned after four years of full-time service per the policy outlined in our employee handbook (maximum 26 days).
You will receive one (1) business day of regular pay for each holiday for which the company closes. The company currently closes for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Insurance
You will be eligible for health insurance coverage on the first day following the completion of your first thirty (30) days of full-time employment.
Tire Rack also offers voluntary dental, vision, life and AD&D, and disability benefits, which you will be eligible to participate in after thirty (30) days of full-time employment.
401(k) Plan
You will also be eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan upon reaching age 21 and completing 1,000 hours of service within the 12-month time-period following your date of hire. Your entry date will be the first day of the month coinciding with or next following the date you satisfy both the age 21 and the hours-of-service eligibility requirements. The company will contribute $1.00 in your name for each $1.00 that you contribute to the Plan, up to a maximum of 6% of the employee's eligible compensation. The company's contribution fully vests after three years of full-time employment.
