As a Corporate Account Reporting Specialist II, you’ll play a key role in supporting our largest corporate customers by managing and analyzing sales and account data. You’ll build and maintain reporting dashboards, collaborate across departments, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and making a difference in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data requests to support business decisions
  • Develop efficient data retrieval plans using AS400/IBMi systems
  • Create and maintain detailed reporting schedules and dashboards
  • Present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Track promotional funding and support purchasing with reimbursement documentation
  • Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and formulas
  • Provide monthly sales summaries and partner updates

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in account reporting or financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience with AS400/IBMi systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
