About the Role

The Corporate Account Reporting team plays a vital role in supporting Tire Rack’s largest corporate customers through accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. We are seeking a Corporate Account Reporting Specialist II to manage sales and account data, develop reporting tools, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you’ll work with complex datasets, build and maintain reporting dashboards, and collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact opportunity for a data-driven professional with strong Excel skills and a solid foundation in accounting or finance who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Description

What You’ll Do

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze and interpret complex data requests to support business decisions
Develop efficient data retrieval plans using AS400/IBMi systems
Create, maintain, and enhance reporting schedules, dashboards, and recurring reports
Provide monthly sales summaries and partner reporting updates

Business & Account Support

Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support corporate customer needs
Track promotional funding and support purchasing with reimbursement documentation
Ensure reporting accuracy to support customer agreements and internal decision-making

Documentation & Process Management

Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, formulas, and methodologies
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across reporting deliverables
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes

Communication & Insights

Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
Present findings and summaries to senior leadership as needed
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working with data and takes pride in accuracy and clarity.
3–5 years of experience in account reporting, financial analysis, or a related role
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, and macros
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience working with AS400/IBMi systems
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Advanced degree preferred

Hours

Workdays: Monday through Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Occasional weekends may be required

Vacation Days and Holidays

You will accrue PTO on the last day of each month, for a total of sixteen (16) days per calendar year. Additional days are earned after four years of full-time service per the policy outlined in our employee handbook (maximum 26 days).

You will receive one (1) business day of regular pay for each holiday for which the company closes. The company currently closes for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Insurance

You will be eligible for health insurance coverage on the first day following the completion of your first thirty (30) days of full-time employment.

Tire Rack also offers voluntary dental, vision, life and AD&D, and disability benefits, which you will be eligible to participate in after thirty (30) days of full-time employment.

401(k) Plan

You will also be eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan upon reaching age 21 and completing 1,000 hours of service within the 12-month time-period following your date of hire. Your entry date will be the first day of the month coinciding with or next following the date you satisfy both the age 21 and the hours-of-service eligibility requirements. The company will contribute $1.00 in your name for each $1.00 that you contribute to the Plan, up to a maximum of 6% of the employee's eligible compensation. The company's contribution fully vests after three years of full-time employment.
