We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Account Reporting Specialist to join our team in South Bend, Indiana.

Position Overview

The Corporate Account Reporting Specialist supports Tire Rack’s largest corporate customers through accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. This role is responsible for analyzing sales and account data, developing reporting tools and dashboards, and providing actionable insights that support business decisions and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Description

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and interpret complex sales and account data to support business decision-making
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, and reporting schedules
  • Retrieve, organize, and manage data using internal systems to ensure reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide regular sales summaries and reporting updates to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support corporate customer needs
  • Track promotional funding and assist with reimbursement documentation and reporting
  • Maintain documentation related to reporting processes, formulas, and methodologies
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all reporting deliverables
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support daily operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in account reporting, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions
  • Experience working with AS400/IBMi systems preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Hours

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday
  • Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
  • Occasional weekends and additional hours may be required based on business needs
