At Tire Rack, we know that great operations are powered by great people. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Warehouse Office Manager to lead our warehouse office operations and support the success of our Distribution Center.
In this role, you'll oversee warehouse office associates, streamline administrative processes, support HR-related functions, and partner closely with warehouse leadership to drive operational excellence. What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Office Manager, you will:
- Lead, coordinate, and support warehouse office associates by setting clear expectations, assigning work, and ensuring accountability for results.
- Train, coach, and develop office staff through onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing performance management.
- Analyze office workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and HR guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communicate company policies and procedures while fostering associate engagement, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
- Support Human Resources initiatives by assisting with onboarding, documentation, and associate-related administrative processes.
- Manage warehouse office operations to support Distribution Center goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational performance.
- Utilize warehouse systems and software to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with the Distribution Center Manager on projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager, preferably within a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other fast-paced operational environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- The flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Monday through Friday
- One Saturday per month, as required
- Typical schedule between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
- Expected workweek of 40–50 hours, depending on business needs

Vacation Days and Holidays
You will accrue PTO on the last day of each month, for a total of sixteen (16) days per calendar year. Additional days are earned after four years of full-time service per the policy outlined in our employee handbook (maximum 26 days).
You will receive one (1) business day of regular pay for each holiday for which the company closes. The company currently closes for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Insurance
You will be eligible for health insurance coverage on the first day following the completion of your first thirty (30) days of full-time employment.
Tire Rack also offers voluntary dental, vision, life and AD&D, and disability benefits, which you will be eligible to participate in after thirty (30) days of full-time employment.
401(k) Plan
You will also be eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan upon reaching age 21 and completing 1,000 hours of service within the 12-month time-period following your date of hire. Your entry date will be the first day of the month coinciding with or next following the date you satisfy both the age 21 and the hours-of-service eligibility requirements. The company will contribute $1.00 in your name for each $1.00 that you contribute to the Plan, up to a maximum of 6% of the employee's eligible compensation. The company's contribution fully vests after three years of full-time employment.
