How to Claim Your $100 Firestone Prepaid Mastercad
To receive a $100 Firestone Prepaid Mastercard, you must purchase with your CFNA credit card or Bridgestone Tire Rack Credit Card. You must also submit (i) an official claim form online and (ii) an original or legible copy of the invoice for the qualifying Firestone tires (website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails not accepted for this portion of the offer).
