To receive your rebate, complete the official rebate application form online and attach the original sales invoice for the purchase of a set of four (4) qualifying tires (sent to you by Tire Rack) during the dates of the promotion. The original invoice must include the name of the retailer, date of purchase, description and price of product(s) purchased and method of payment. Any rebate applications and original receipts that do not have all of the required information and documentation will not be processed.
Rebate is issued in the form of a Hankook Prepaid Mastercard. Submit receipt and completed online rebate application to www.hankookrebates.com.

Rebate Payment will be sent within 8-10 weeks of receipt of a qualified submission if a physical card is selected and 2-4 weeks of receipt of a qualified submission for a digital card.
