The Endurance is Goodyear's special purpose trailer tire developed specifically for use on travel trailers, pop-up campers, boat trailers, toy haulers and fifth wheels. Endurance trailer tires are designed with durability in mind to help make towing a trailer less stressful by reducing impact-related failures experienced during use.
Special purpose trailer tires are not intended to be used on cars or light trucks.
Endurance trailer tires feature a rounded profile to help cushion the trailer's ride, and the symmetric tread design with closely spaced ribs provide constant rubber-to-road contact for straight tracking, dependable highway stability and long-lasting wear. The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts with a two-ply nylon reinforcement to stabilize the tread, increasing traction and durability. The Endurance features a polyester cord body to help smooth out the trailer's ride, and a scuff guard is molded into the sidewall to further increase durability by resisting damage from contact with curbs during parking lot maneuvers.
Special purpose trailer tires are not UTQG rated.

Feedback patterns show the Bridgestone Potenza Sport delivers excellent dry traction (9-10 scores dominate) and strong wet performance, with many users highlighting confident handling in both conditions. Comfort receives positive marks for ride quality, though some note slightly elevated noise levels. Treadwear shows mixed results: while some report solid longevity for a max performance summer tire, others mention rapid wear or disappointing tread life, particularly with aggressive driving. Scores align well with its intended summer-focused use, emphasizing dry/wet grip over all-season versatility. High satisfaction stems from its precise steering and cornering stability, though tread durability concerns suggest prioritizing performance over extended mileage.

...They work well in light to medium rain and struggle with heavy downpours.
Excellent for my daily, which gets one track day a year. My current set has been to Lime Rock and Sebring as well as a year of daily use, and the tread is still usable. Probably another 5k miles before they need replacing. Overall grip is excellent, I can't ask for much better. Wouldn't recommend using anywhere below 50 degrees F. They work well in light to medium rain and struggle with heavy downpours.

...I don't really drive in the rain so cannot comment on wet performance...
These Bridgestones replaced the Pirelli Summer Tires on my ABT Tuned Q5e. Vehicle has the CETE suspension controller so sits lower and will corner better. These tires seem to allow me to push the car harder through turn and take advantage of the setup. I don't really drive in the rain so cannot comment on wet performance. Very smooth with the exception of a very slight vibration at about 75 MPH in some situations, I believe this a characteristic of the summer tire stiffness on certain pavement types as the tires are always balanced properly. Also bought the slightly older date codes but came with 2022 codes so the tires were a year or so old which was a great deal at less than half price.

Customers overwhelmingly rate the Potenza Sport's dry traction as excellent, with most scoring 9s and 10s. High scores highlight exceptional grip and responsive handling, aligning perfectly with its max performance summer design. A few 7s and 8s suggest minor variability, but overall it delivers outstanding dry-road capability.

These tires were a great experience. The water traction was a highlight, as well as the aggressive dry traction. Transitions felt agile, responsive, and really got the most out of my Zs suspension. I would say the only caveats are that at the limit, its a little snappy in the dry, so if youre going to autocross or track it, you have to be quick to catch it. Its not as progressive as lets say, a Firehawk Indy 500, but it has far higher limits. It was a dependable daily driver summer tire, and I'd buy them again for sure.

These tires completely transformed the car (Challenger 6.4). It feels like it's on rails. When you push them too hard, they chatter before completely losing traction. The steering, which used to feel numb, feels alive.

Grippy tire that seems like it's wearing quick. It is a stiff tire that enhances imperfections on the road, but to be fair, I went fairly low profile. However, it corners well and I got it at a great price on sale. Full price? I would look for something else for my daily driver. For a weekend car, these would be good.

...All 4 of these Bridgestone tires ride noticeably smoother and quieter than the original Dunlops did, without giving up a very noticeable difference in traction for my purpose, since I don't do any competitive track racing...
Some 20.000 miles and about 5 years ago, I replaced all 4 original equipment Dunlop Sport MAXX tires on my 2015 Porsche Cayman with Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position tires (from Tire Rack), because Michelin (my preference) did not - and as far as I know still does not - make a tire for the 18 inch wheels that come standard with my Cayman, and I vastly prefer these standard 18 inch wheels over the optional 19 and 20 inch wheels. I still have the Pole Position tires as front tires now, and they may be good for another 20,000 miles. But the rear Pole Position tires were very close to their wear marks after about 16,00O miles, and so I replaced them with the Potenza Sport tires I bought from you last year. All 4 of these Bridgestone tires ride noticeably smoother and quieter than the original Dunlops did, without giving up a very noticeable difference in traction for my purpose, since I don't do any competitive track racing. As far as I can tell, the newer Potenza Sport rear tires perform mostly like my older original Potenza Pole Position rear tires, except that they occasionally have a little "wheel hop" during a slow maximal sharp turn, as when backing the car out of the driveway into the street. (My original Dunlop tires did that much more regularly, but only after 10,000 miles, NEVER during their first 5,000 miles, as the Potenza Sport tires occasionally do now.) Even though I had to replace the rear Potenza Pole Position tires with the replacement Potenza Sport tires, overall I am still quite satisfied with them now. However, just as a curiosity, I am pointing out that my harsher-riding Dunlop Sport MAXX tires wore much more evenly front and back, and the FRONT Dunlops actually wore out slightly faster than the rear pair, while the Potenza front tires are still wearing hardly at all, and the rear set wore out MUCH more quickly. But to sum up, in the I have no regrets and would go with the Potenza tires again.

...Great wear characteristics and pretty quiet, so far...
Two track days with 3 wet sessions one day, one Autocross day, 1,000 miles total before the all-seasons went on. Great tire for daily driving and light track work. Surprisingly, excellent wet traction and feel. Great wear characteristics and pretty quiet, so far. Really fine all-around summer tire. I’m a huge Michelin PS4S fan, but this Potenza Sport tire is better on the track than the Michelin. Sidewall is firm and feels great under hard braking and side-to-side transitions. The PS4S is the slightly superior street tire. Excellent value! I didn’t need a 200TW and this tire earns my top marks for a 300TW class.

...With that being said they still measure 7/32 all around. That's pretty good considering how many times I'm sideways at autocross!...
There are not a lot of 245/45r16 tires to choose from. These are the cheapest that you can find. So far I have been happy with them. For an old car that you don’t drive every day they are great, they will probably need to be replaced due to time before the tread wears out. I have autocrossed with these tires 5 times, driven from Oregon to California and back, and also fun spirited drives around Oregon. With that being said they still measure 7/32 all around. That’s pretty good considering how many times I’m sideways at autocross! I know that’s not the fastest way around but it’s the funnest. The next time I need tires I will see what is available, but I’d probably like to try the pirellis P0 zero rosso, or the Yokohama a-008p, but at more than 400 less these Bridgestones have been great!
