The advanced, all-season tread compound is molded into a symmetric, five-rib design built to enhance tire-to-pavement contact for improved steering response and dry handling. The efficient pattern helps regulate airborne noise for a quiet, comfortable ride, while improved construction techniques disperse load forces to promote even wear throughout the tire's life. The silica-rich compound combines with a high quantity of lateral grooves, which help manage and evacuate water into the four, wide circumferential grooves to provide confident traction and stability in rain and on wet roads. The high sipe-density tread blocks provide the biting edges needed to generate traction in slippery driving conditions like in snow and on ice for dependable all-season performance.
Internal construction of the Endeavor consists of a one-ply polyester casing with a high turn-up ply, providing a two-ply sidewall for durability and improved handling. According to the warranty, I have about 9k miles left. According to the wear bars, I have about 5-9k miles left. They're not the best in Florida downpours, hydroplaning a bit. Dry traction has been pretty good.

I will be replacing my current AT20s with the same when I hit 60K. Ive been across the country and back and trips up to Big Bear and they work great. On one trip to Big Bear, I later found I had 2 screws in the tire and it was almost running flat, yet it handled well despite this. Im impressed with these tires; they look great, handle very well in dry weather and they look good too.

These came with my new Tacoma. After this years Jersey winter, they proved themselves. I drove in light snow as well asheavy unchartered roads and it got me home with no problems. Others got stuck but I was able to continue. Would rate these close to a pair of new Goodyear WranglerRTS. Quiet ride and good dry handling also.

They also did fine the few times we've had ice and light snow here in metro Atlanta as long as I did my part. In those conditions drive like your grandmother is in the back seat holding a hot bowl of chili... Tread life is good, the edge tread is showing a little rounding but that's to be expected. They are definitely not a hard core mud tire (and shouldn't be judged to that standard) but Toyota picked a winner as an OEM offering.

These OEM tires are quiet and comfortable. They probably help with fuel consumption. None of those are reason why I bought a 4Runner. I mostly drive my truck in the winter and these are really pathetic in the snow. Living in one of the snowiest areas of the US, I always run dedicated winter tires on any vehicle I drive in the wintertime and I usually wait until snow accumulates before I switch over. The AT20s come off as soon as there is any snow.
Long story short, if you can only have one set of tires on you vehicle and plan on encountering ANY snow, these are NOT the tire for you.

These tires have been on my '08 tacoma new. I bought the truck with approx 13,000 miles on them. At first the tires handled great. Can't comment on snow or ice because it's Ga. We did get a couple of inches of snow one year and it handled fairly well. Even though I didn't drive fast. From the beginning these tires have had considerable noise and a constant vibration even though I've had them balanced after I bought the truck. Tread wear to me has been normal for the amount of miles of them. Dry traction is good even now but I have to be more careful in wet conditions because performance is not there now. I will probably not buy these again.

This tire came on my 2013 Toyota 4-Runner, and is the worst tire as far as traction I have ever had. They are quite, but that's it. Will replace with Bridgestone or Michelins as soon as possible. I can't understand why a company which prides itself on quality like Toyota would put these tires on a $35,000 vehicle. I did put this complaint in my initial new customer survey when I bought the car.

These tires came on my 4-Runner, I cant believe Toyota put such a horrible tire on an otherwise great vehicle. Traction for the first 5,000 miles was average to good. However, around 7,500 or so, things went down hill fast. Dry traction got worse, and then the snow started to fall. The tires are horrible in the snow, slush, and ice. They do ok in a light snow (less than and inch or two), but even then, they are unpredictable. They also form flat spots if you are parked for more than a day or two. Takes about 5-10 miles of highway driving to iron out the flat spots.
Will never buy these tires again, and as soon as Ive got the money set aside I plan to buy replacement tires, even though there will still be tons of remaining tread on the tire. They are just that bad.

These tires are only good for clean dry pavement. Came equipped from Toyota on my 08 Tacoma 4WD Regular Cab. They're expected to be replaced at 36,000 miles, rotations have been every 7-10,000 miles. Lost control on a wet windy road going approx. 30mph, thought I was driving at a safe speed for the conditions, but these tires have no wet traction. Had to keep it in 4WD during winter even when only light snow/ice ice on the road, would peel out in the snow if in 2WD even with 250# of sand in the bed. Bumps on dirt/gravel roads seem extremely bumpy, but not horrible on pavement. Tread life has been OK, but they didn't have much tread to begin with and there isn't much left at all right now. I imagine they'll be close to bald after 36,000 miles on mostly highway/city driving. Will NEVER buy these tires again, especially after reading about the defective tires on other models!
